We had a wonderful stay at this home in October 2010. Our entire family as able to enjoy ourselves with the roomy accomodations, and beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, playing in the backyard with the kids, and spending our days as beach bums. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely home with us.

We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. The children were all under 10 and the beach and wave action was just right for them. There was plenty room both inside and in the outside yard. The outdoor shower was a big plus coming in from the beach.

This was our 2nd stay at your beach house and we had an awesome vacation at your place once again. First trip with our grandson - wow did he enjoy the beach!!! The beaches were great, weather wonderful and your place feels like another home to our family. Plenty of room for our family of five as well as our kids having friends over during the day and a couple of nights. Couple of extra reasons your place works so well for us - plenty of parking and the ability to bring our dogs. You folks are a pleasure to work with. We will be signing up again for next year!! We spent a week here with our family, including 2 toddlers. The house is spacious and as she says child friendly. The location to the beach was great. The view of the ocean from the house was somewhat diminished because of the rise of the dunes but it was not a far walk from the house to the beach. The fenced yard was great for containing little ones. The patio area was big enough for us to put a 4 ft collapsible pool and the toddlers loved it as a change from the ocean. The house was clean and the photos do represent how it looks. Two things I think could be improved is for the refrigerator be a little larger and have an icemaker and to have some more towel racks. We would recommend it to others and plan to go back with our family next year. We love the fact that the beach is not crowded and is clean. Of course we go in August and that may have something to do with the crowd situation. The guys and kids liked the big screen tv and the wi-fi. That was a requirement for my son-in-law! It is a great beach house.
