The Amazing New Boardwalk Beach Resort is the new dream vacation destination! We are located right on the beautiful sugar sand beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida, known for generations as the "Miracle Mile."
Our condominiums are beautifully decorated with all new furnishings to compliment the exclusive new units with nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile in foyer, living, dining, kitchen and bath areas, granite counter tops, and cultured marble tubs and showers. This exquisite unit (20th floor) with floor to ceiling windows has ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room and master suite. From our balcony, you'll be enchanted by the sugar white beaches and the emerald waters of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. Being on the 20th floor affords spectacular views! In fact, from this height it is like having an aquarium in your backyard; you can look directly into the crystal clear water and will most likely see dolphins frolicking, schools of little fish, and an occasional graceful sting-ray.
This 20th floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a queen sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping 6.
We also have a larger 2 bedroom unit on the 12th floor which sleeps 8 (see VRBO # 73554), a studio unit which sleeps 2-3 (see website link) and a 4 bedroom unit on the 12th floor which sleeps 10 (see vrbo # 80270). We can accomodate family reunions, retreats, and other groups with no worries that your group is scattered on many different floors. Our spacious master suite has a king size bed, a TV and DVD player, large garden tub and a walk-in closet and also opens onto the balcony as well. In our guest bedroom, you’ll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a TV and DVD player.
Prepare a feast or a quick snack in the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances.
Swim in the resort’s 2500 square foot heated pool with 0 grade entry (great for toddlers) or relax in the hot tubs just steps away from the beach! Enjoy a drink or a full meal at the Tiki Bar which also has live entertainment Thursday thruogh Saturday nights. Our NEW Market Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, supper (varies in off-peak times), has Starbuck's coffee, ice cream and much more! Start each day of your vacation off in our state-of-the-art fitness center or with a peaceful stroll on the beach. The kids will enjoy the interactive pool and will love getting ice cream in the cafe.
When you arrive at The Boardwalk, they will offer you optional programs such as the Fitness Club membership and Kid's Club. (Call for more details.)
The resort property, though convenient to many attractions, is comfortably removed from the hustle and bustle of the city in the popular Thomas Drive area. Walk the beach to nearby Spinaker's or Pineapple Willie's or to amusement parks including bumper boats, go carts, miniature golf and more. Convenience market and shops are also within walking distance! Championship golf course is across the street from the resort and you will be only five minutes away from the well-known Captain Anderson's! Have you heard of the NEW and AMAZING Pier Park? We are only an 8-10 minute drive and you must go and see for yourself! There are numerous restaurants, retail stores, a theater and much more!

*Add 10.57% Florida Taxes, a one-time end of stay cleaning fee ($100) and $10/car (parking permit) to ALL rates.
*$350 Security Deposit required in advance of stay, to be refunded after departure, upon inspection.
* Check-in: 4:00pm. Check-out: 10:00am.
* Registered guests MUST be 25 years old. (Strictly enforced!)
