Don't delay this home is great for a wonderful week at the beach. Level One-Bedroom with double bed and single trundle plus one bunk, sleeper sofa and two single ottoman/sleepers coming for 2010 (2009 it sleeps 15),Theatre room, game room with pool table. Second level-Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Bedroom. Three Level- 2 master bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms share a bath.
POOL HEATED FOR $250 from may through oct, then $395 from nov through april. pet fee is $75 per pet, if not paid upfront, penalty is an additional $200 per pet. sorry but no Pitbulls, cats, or dogs under 1 year old. One of three tenants must be at least 25 years of age. $60 security deposit waiver fee required. 50% down to reserve, $275 cancellation fee if and only if we can find replacement tenant, otherwise all paid monies are forfeited.
