I think this was our 6th visit to San Remo & we are already planning next year. We love the location, near so many great restaurants. Stinky's, La Playa, Goatfeathers were all great for lunch but Fish Out of Water is our new favorite spot for dinner. Your pictures and info are up to date and the new app is great! Love the comp beach set up - and the little extras in the unit are greatly appreciated!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The weather was perfect and awesome!! Our favorite adventures were bike rides, shopping, relaxing, reading, beach and the pool. A great restaurant we discovered was Boar Head. The weather was absolutely perfect every day. Watching our kids play in the sand for the very first time was priceless. This is our first family vacation together and it was so memorable! Blue Mountain Creamery is amazing!!! The best ice cream ever! We loved the air stream trailers in Seaside. We can't wait to come back. We are very sad to leave. The weather was great, except for one day when it rained. Our favorite adventures were the beach, the pool, then the hot tub... then repeating over and over. Shopping at the outlets, golfing and the local restaurants. Christiano's Italian was amazing, we went 2 nights in a row. Borego, Local Catch, and Stinky's was good. The weather was some days sunny, some days cloudy. A little bit hot but there was a breeze so it was perfect! Very bad June grass but one day of crystal clear water! Our favorite adventures: bike riding 15 miles, being on the beach, going to the pool, boogie boarding, playing in the sand, trying new restaurants, exploring new places, looking for seashells, feeding the turtles, and being with the family! Great restaurants we discovered: Louis Louis, Red bar, Christianos, Crush at Seaside, and of course the best by far McGuires (we already knew about it before). Your condo is beautiful! It is decorated so nicely. We loved the view! Being on the balcony was great! The only problems were: at night the frogs drone out the sounds of the waves. Perfect place to stay for us! We have two young children and being on the ground level allowed us to open the door and let the kids outside! Nancy and Larry are awesome to work with - they are always available if you need anything! Thank you for all your help and we will always work with you in the future! The unit we stayed in - #402 at San Remo for 4 weeks - was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook in - when we felt like cooking. Our view from the very large balcony of the ocean and the pool could not have been better. The location of San Remo was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. There were at least ten restaurants that we could walk to. One of our favorites was The Vue to watch the sunset and have a great dinner with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed biking on the bike trail, hiking in the state parks, golfing and of course swimming in the ocean and also in the beautiful San Remo pool. Anytime we had a question about anything, we could call Nancy Fox or Larry Snyder and our questions would be immediately answered. The weather was very good - 2 half days of rain in 28 days and temps mostly in the 70's and low 80's. The only negative was our second week which was a spring break. It was extremely noisy in the pool area and the partying continued 'til close to midnight. That only happened 3 or 4 nights though, and the rest of the time it was very quiet. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and will surely come back again. Oh, almost forgot - we enjoyed the beachchair service which was included in the price of the condo. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. It was so much nicer than having to carry our own down to the beach. We had guests staying with us for part of our stay and they all loved our condo, amenities and the fantastic beach. This condo and area is perfect for persons of all ages.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dear Nancy, How can I thank you you? The home away from home was one of the most delightful that I have ever stayed at. As we entered the condo,my guests let out with a WHOW HOW Beautiful. To add the the fun, we had breakfast at STINKEYS FISH RESTURANT. We could not put a morsel of food in our mouth until diner time. The food was soooo good. About the owner: I am a mother of four - and your friend at the beach! Living just a short drive from San Remo and the beautiful beaches of South Walton, my hope is that you feel like you do have a friend here to help you get the best condo for you and your family. Need a sitter? A restaurant recommendation? You can get all your questions answered from your friend at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose San Remo:
We love Destin - but with all the high rises, we choose to buy on Thirty-A because the codes limit condos to just four stories high. No traffic, no crowded beaches! The view of the serene pond, dunes and gulf is the perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion or wedding. There is a meeting room downstairs available for rehearsal dinners or a company meeting. I also handle the rentals of three other owners in the building, so I can arrange for whole families or small companies to enjoy the serenity of our area!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Besides relaxing on the large beach and pool... we like walking to Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor for coffee and cinnamon buns at breakfast or stroll to Goatfeather's for lunch or Fire for dinner. We take our bikes (we can have them delivered ready for your arrival (check out BeachDogs Bike Rentals on our APP 'YFAB') to take advantage of the twenty miles of bike paths along scenic Thirty-A. Recently, we had two other couples stay with us and we all biked to Seaside for lunch, stopping in Grayton Beach along the way to shop. What a great day!
