Why the Owner Chose San Remo
We love Destin - but with all the high rises, we choose to buy on Thirty-A because the codes limit condos to just four stories high. No traffic, no crowded beaches! The view of the serene pond, dunes and gulf is the perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion or wedding. There is a meeting room downstairs available for rehearsal dinners or a company meeting. I also handle the rentals of three other owners in the building, so I can arrange for whole families or small companies to enjoy the serenity of our area!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides relaxing on the large beach and pool... we like walking to Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor for coffee and cinnamon buns at breakfast or stroll to Smiling Fish for lunch! We take our bikes (we can have them delivered ready for your arrival - one free with every pre-arranged rental from BeachDogs Bike Rentals) to take advantage of the twenty miles of bike paths along scenic Thirty-A. Recently, we had two other couples stay with us and we all biked to Seaside for lunch, stopping in Grayton Beach along the way to shop. What a great day!

Dear Nancy, How can I thank you you? The home away from home was one of the most delightful that I have ever stayed at. As we entered the condo,my guests let out with a WHOW HOW Beautiful. To add the the fun, we had breakfast at STINKEYS FISH RESTURANT. We could not put a morsel of food in our mouth until diner time. The food was soooo good. Thank, Thanks Thanks Ray

The condo was outstanding. We had a wonderful time enjoying the comforts of the condo and sitting on the balcony taking in the views. Nancy was really fast answering all fo our questions and helping us arrange for bikes and stuff. We highly recommend this property for anyone. We were there in early May and the weather and water were perfect everyday.

Our trip to the Santa Rosa Beach area was our first extended stay in Florida. We have nothing but good things to say about our accomodations at San Remo. Our uniit was on the gulf and although private, was close to all the amenities that we look for in a vacation away.We are looking forward to returning next year.

This was our second visit to San Remo and we will plan to be back. The condo was perfect for kids and adults with all the amenities from home. Goatfeather's seafood market is just down the street and many dinners of with fresh seafood were had out on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plenty of other restaurants are within a short drive for the nights out . Working with Nancy was an absolute joy and I would highly recommend her for this property or any of the others she manages. The oil spill is heartbreaking but there was no evidence of it on the Santa Rosa beaches or air during our visit in June.

We just got back from San Remo Saturday Night and we were very sad to leave! Why is Spring Break only a week?!?!!? We were in unit 402 with another family and we loved it!! Just got back from staying at San Remo my whole family loved the condo it was beautifully decorated and everything was comfortable ready to come back wanting to stay labor day weekend if you will rent please let me know.
