Great location waterfront home with a heated pool "80 Degrees." NO SOLAR, we use a heat pump!!! Watch the beautiful sunsets as you sit on the Lanai sipping your favorite adult beverage. Pool is exposed to the south and west. Home is in prestigious neighborhood in Southwest Corner of Cape Coral. This home sits directly across from Cape Harbour Yacht Club. The most exclusive area of all of Cape Coral, less than one mile from Rumrunners Restaurant on the water.
This home is very nicely decorated, you won't find any nicer in the area.
Vaulted ceilings lead you into a "great room" with wall of glass windows displaying a wonderful view of the water and pool area. Accommodations for 6-8 adults and two children. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, and everything you would find at home. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Formal dining room seats eight. Kitchen breakfast nook overlooking the water.
Master bedroom suite with door to the pool area, with King bed. Master Bath has oversize tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has one Queen Bed with TV. Bedroom #3 has one Queen Bed with TV. Bedroom #4/Den has Futon Bunkbed. Living area does have queen pull-out sofabed.

This property is everything that is advertised in the VRBO website. It has everything you need and all you need to bring is your own food and drinks. When you walk through the front door you have an amazing view of the centrally located family room, 3 sliding glass doors that fold into 1 to exit into the screened in ground pool area and the canal beyond. The 2 bedrooms and den(den has bunk beds) are on the right wing of the house and the master bedroom on the left wing, which makes it quiet and apart from any guest that may be staying with you. The property is located in the southwest section of Cape Coral which is an affluent area. The area is quiet yet, Cape Harbour is within walking distance which has lots of activity such as Restaurants, Bars, Marina, Shops and live outside entertainment on Tuesday and Friday nights. This property was perfect for us, your adult children and Grandchildren over Christmas and New Years. We felt very comfortable here and we were not crowded at all in the house. The Owners were great hosts who contacted us upon arrival to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also made sure the pool temperature was set in the 80's for our comfort. We would recommend this house for families and anyone that wants a comfortable at home feeling vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
