We now own two side by side units. So why cram your family or group into a motel or hotel room when you can have one or two roomy two bedroom, two bath, ocean view condominiums in the fabulous Myrtle Beach Resort? We chose to buy another unit in the Myrtle Beach Resort because this four seasons 33 acre oceanfront paradise has it all.
Guests of the resort have complimentary use of six swimming pools, including two heated indoor pools (one in a beautiful indoor atrium), four whirlpools, two steam rooms, three saunas, lighted tennis courts, two work-out rooms, lighted shuffleboard, a basketball court, putting green, bocce ball, game room, playground, in-season children’s activities, free wifi, a long lazy river, volleyball, barbecues, an ocean front cabana bar and dance floor with live entertainment in season, a poolside snack bar, deli, and gift shop.
Myrtle Beach Resort is a lushly landscaped gated community with 24 hour a day roving security. Our privately-owned, two-bedroom, first floor condo is located in the “A” building - closest to the beach.
Park right in front of the doors. From the large double balcony, there’s a lovely view of the reason you’re there- the ocean!
The condo is tastefully furnished and equipped for your pleasure and convenience. It sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a quality mattress and private bathroom.
The second bedroom with two twin beds along with another full bath are located across the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and icemaker.
The dining room has a large table seating six to eight. Our favorite place is the double balcony, a great place for morning coffee while watching the sun rise and sparkle over the Atlantic, or for winding down after a full day of fun. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the resort.
Resort regulations require that at least one person occupying the unit must be 23 years of age or older, maximum occupancy is six and no pets. This is a non-smoking unit.

Why the Owner Chose Myrtle Beach Resort
When we were looking to invest in a condo in MB, we looked for a condo that we would enjoy staying in. Once we looked at Myrtle Beach Resort, our search was over. The resort has everything - a beautiful beach, pools, fun cabana bar, lazy river, tennis and more. It's so close to other attractions in Myrtle Beach but you really never have to leave the resort to have a great time!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love waking up and having our coffee on the double wide balcony while watching the Atlantic sparkle with the sunrise. Having a first floor condo means we only have to go out the door and walk a few steps to the oceanfront pool or beach. We also love not having to haul groceries and beach gear up the steps or wait for an elevator.

Spent a very relaxing and laid back week in Oct. The resort is wonderful and the condo excellent.Everything was clean and appears to have some recent remodeling done. Great location, just steps from the beach and pool. Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Hi Lynda, we certainly enjoyed our stay at your MBR condo. Everything was clean and fresh and in good working order when we arrived. The kids loved the lazy river, and the beach was terrific. I loved your location there on the ground floor, it was very easy to get to everything that we wanted at the resort. We enjoyed watching fireworks on the beach right from the balcony. And of course the kids were in the pools every night up until closing time. Friendly staff too. We can't wait to go back!

We just returned from our vacation in Myrtle Beach! It truly surpassed our expectations. The resort is fantastic. There is so much to do you don't even need to leave. The condo is clean and very comfortable. It was just perfect for our family. And the location can't be beat. A110 is so convenient to the beach and the lazy river. We absolutely loved it. And Broadway at the Beach is just a stones throw away. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us.

We had the pleasure of staying in Jim & Lynda's unit over the last season. We just came across this comment section, and feel a need to post. We had stayed in 3 other units in previous years, in both A and B buildings. This unit has surpassed the others. We are already booking next years visit. That in itself should speak volumes. After staying in other units, we have found one that meets our needs and expectations. They also take very good care of their returning guests. The unit itself is very nice, and I hear there are even more renovations underway. The location of the unit is perfect. I welcome any potential renter to email me if they would like any additional information.

We just got back from a great week at the Myrtle Beach Resort unit A110. This condo. was nicely decorated and clean. It had everything we would ever need with a homey feel to it.
