My beautifully decorated condominium is right on the ocean bluff in Solana Beach, just minutes from the famed race track in Del Mar. There are two tennis courts, pool, spa and jacuzzi, plus walking to ten very good restaurants in the area.
The beach is just a five minute walk along the bluff and the sunsets with a glass of wine are enough to make you cry with happiness. The wrap around patio has eating facilities and gas grill, perfect for dining outside.
My wireless condo is set up for those who cannot leave their computers at home and ATT Cable TV has over 100 channels plus all of the movies and music capabilities. The master bedroom has a full ocean view and a fireplace plus a sunken tub for romantic interludes.

What is a better location, than directly on the blue Pacific Ocean? I can see dolphins, whales, surfers, and a huge variety of birds feeding on the ocean's fish, right from my patio.

Solana Beach is a small town of just 14,000 happy people, where the weather is mostly sunny and moderate in temperature. SurfSong, has 2 tennis courts, large heated pool, spa and newly landscaped gardens.

My experience here was terrific. The unit is right on the beach, on top of the waves. Can't imagine a better location for convenient access to all San Diego attractions and superb restaurants. This condo is immaculate. Can't wait to return.

I was in town for a week in June on business and had an opportunity to again stay at this great property. This time we had another couple with us; previously we enjoyed it with our Grandsons. The layout of the unit and development's facilities...was "perfect" for either a couples stay, or a family vacation. We can't wait to rent again!

Being this close to the ocean, sitting outside and seeing the dolpins, drinking a nice glass of wine and even seeing the famous "green flash" added to our wonderful experience in this property. I have lived near the ocean and know that this moist environment causes rusting so the small amount that we experienced was nothing I had not seen before. The condo is colorful and comfortable and in such a great location we could walk everywhere - even to see the famous Del Mar Race track.

She lives in this condo left us no room for our things anywhere in entire home! Kitchen was full of expired old food, silverfish in our cookware and all over. BBQ was old and rusty 2 empty propane tanks. Filthy! Everything in home cracked and Broken leaking fridge, dishwasher. spare bath shower backed up with filth/hair on us we cleaned everything and she still kept our deposit! Ripped off! Not a nice lady! Would not even tell us anything about how to use anything in her place or that she was leaving day we checked in for an airplane flight and that she needed us there at a certain time! Shame on you! No communication from her ever! Neighbors told us home is in foreclosure.
Owner response:I have had hapy renters for the past 6 years and never had a negative review. Living on the ocean is not perfect and there is rust and there is sometimes bugs, however smelling the salt air, listening to he waves, laughin as the dolpins jump out of the water as if to amuse you, makes up for any short comings. That is malicious gossip that my condo is in foreclosure. Totally untrue! I believe that if this complaining guest had kept his word and arrived on time, all of his complaining could have been resolved. We would have met in person and I would have been able to explain how to use the barbecue, with its full gas tanks. I am sorry he was not happy. Nancy, 0wner

We loved this happy space, where every attention to detail was made. Nancy is a super host and refunded our $500 deposit within 72 hours. Having breakfast on the ocean front patio is a great way to start the day. Although there were not dolphins every morning. HA! We will return.
