Welcome! Our vacation home is located on a hill overlooking the Winter Park/Fraser Valley. It is minutes away from downhill and cross-country ski areas (including Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Sol Vista) and scenic hiking and biking trails. The west entrance to Rocky Mountain Park is about an hour's drive.
Your mountain vacation home is on the second floor, and it has two bedrooms and two baths, with accommodations up to six. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath. The other bedroom has two twin beds and there is another full bath just across the hall. There is also a sofa sleeper (queen size) in the living room near the natural stone gas log fireplace. There is a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, and the kitchen is fully supplied with microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, and dishes for eight.
The condominium complex is near woods and single-family homes, providing a quiet atmosphere. There are views of surrounding mountains and trees out the three balconies (one off the living room, and one off each of the two bedrooms).
There is a Laundromat downstairs, and there is a relaxing (shared) hot tub a few steps from the door to our building. There are also tennis courts and a sauna on the premises. The free ski shuttle stops right out front during ski season. |
