Black Mountain View cabin has every comfort your group or family needs for the perfect Asheville vacation any time of year.
Upon arrival, you open your car door and notice how cool and crisp the air is at 2500 feet. Your eyes are quickly drawn to the dramatic view of the Black Mountains rolling endlessly across the eastern sky.
After you have taken in your private and beautiful surroundings (nine hillside acres all to yourself!), come around the side and check out Black Mountain View cabin's second best feature - the private six-person hot tub! (the best feature is the view from the hot tub, of course) It is the perfect place to wind down after your long drive, playing outdoors in the surrounding areas, shopping in town, or instead of doing anything else at all.
We have also provided lounge furniture, a picnic table and alternate dining area on the large deck.
From the front deck, open the sliding glass door and enter the great room. Notice the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the mountain. The exposed beam ceiling, interior brick wall, and gas log fireplace makes this the warm, cozy, central spot to gather later on. The comfortable living room furniture with sleeper sofa and easy chair urge you to get your book and join them as you bask in the mountain view.
But if you prefer your entertainment a bit more electronic, we have taken care of that too. Also in the great room you will find a 32-inch TV, DVD/VCR, and CD player with a surround sound system.
You will find the open kitchen (adjoining the great room) fully prepared for your group with large pots and pans, service for 12, and plenty of counter space. The table comfortably accommodates eight adults while the children will be happily seated nearby at the game table. Food storage is available in the pantry, just through the swinging doors. Here is also where you will find laundry facilities, a broom & other housekeeping tools.
Also on this level are two comfortable bedrooms, each with large closets. One has a queen-sized bed and the other a king. To help you rest easy, we have provided 600-count thread count luxury sheets for you to use.
Downstairs on the lower level you will find two other bedrooms and the game room. The game room is a semi converted garage area stocked with a dart board, foosball table, and Ping-Pong table. We also have board games, cards, and other fun treats. It is a great place to wind down after dinner.
You pass through the door and into each of the two lower-level bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a day bed & trundle, but makes up for it with its interior brick wall and fireplace. Between the two bedrooms is another full bathroom with a tile floor, pedestal sink, notty pine walls and a claw foot tub/shower.

To confirm a reservation, a 50% Deposit is required.
