The complex is well maintained with beautifully landscaped grounds next to the eighth fairway of the Kona Country Club. The buildings are constructed of cement and therefore maintain a comfortable temperature and quiet atmosphere. The large pool and hot tub area provide a quiet, relaxing retreat. This luxury Condo at 1200 sq.ft.feels roomy and is well appointed with new appliances in the kitchen,and presents in excellent condition as the owners were living in it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walkin closet. The second bedroom has two single beds. The in condo washer and dryer are full size and soap/ fabric softener are provided. It is located on the second floor with no steps from the parking area. The views are of the golf course, gardens, and pool area. It is located only minutes from Keauhou Bay where boats leave for snorkeling, whale watching, sunset cruises and diving. Kayak rentals are also available. The Kona Country Club with two 18 hole courses is only a quarter mile away. Next door is a tennis complex with numerous rental courts and equipment. The nearest shopping center is located just a mile away with a supermarket,drug store, restaurants, shops and a movie complex. Beaches and great snorkeling are only minutes away. Right outside the complex are quiet areas for walking or jogging.

High Season $745/week..$2575/month plus Hawaii State taxes and exit
cleaning fee. Deposit $500 for 1 week reservation and $800 for 1 month.
Balance due 90 days prior to reserved time. Deposit refunded only if reservation
cancelled 90 days prior to reserved time.
