Villa Prumiano - Equipped Garden with Swimming Pool - Chianti, Italy Accommodation Characteristic complex consisting of a large farmhouse and a hayloft which has recently been recovered, set in a charming and panoramic position, immersed in the vineyards of the Chianti countryside. The property is located halfway between Florence (30 km) and Siena (40 m), which can both be reached in about half an hour's drive, 5 km from the medieval town of Barberino Val d'Elsa. Pleasant and well organized outdoor areas at the guests' disposal. Near the hayloft you will find the swimming pool (5x12) and below it is a changing room with a laundry area (washing machine). Access to the house along 2 km of dirt track road. Furnishings are comfortable and of excellent quality and partly made up of period pieces. Possibility to rent the entire Farmhouse [14 beds] or the Hayloft alone [8 beds - in this case the Farmhouse will not be available to other guests]. The complex is also only 18 km far from S. Gimignano, 35 km from Florence, 40 km from Siena, 45 km from Volterra.
