We are one of the few condos that offer weekends and miniweeks during the summer. These are Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Avoid the real estate company hassles by renting direct from a 20 year owner.
Watch the sun come up over the ocean from your bedroom or balcony and just below you the dolphins frolic all day.
Ocean City is a family resort and is packed with entertainment for all ages. Best beach for swimming in the Mid Atlantic. Surf fishing, boat rentals on the bay and ocean. Big game fishing, many Golf courses are within a short drive including the Pete Dye designed 'Rum Pointe.'
The barrier island layout provides sailing, water skiing, and all manner of water sports immediately adjacent to the white sand beach. This is a great place for families young and old. You will actually see your place on the beach from the condo balcony when you come upstairs to grab your lunch and freshen up.
The elevators are fast and you are 30 steps from the beach as you walk past the pool which is next to the beach. There is parking for one car and a second one can be added for $10/day. We park next to the beach and carry our beach stuff from there. No registration fee during the off season.
This Condo is very nice with everything that you need except linens and towels. The beds are queen in master bedroom, twins in second bedroom with a bay view,and a comfortable queen in the couch. Restaurants, shopping, beverages, and a city bus just outside your door.
We are in the Atlantis which is on 103rd street.
