This is a new (2005), luxury 2300 square foot, vacation home. It’s a tri-level home with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private den. It’s a great place to relax and will comfortably sleep ten to twelve people. Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community close to these ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles) and Deer Valley (seven miles). This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park, and is close to skiing as well as shopping and restaurants.

New this year are 8 pairs of boot dryers. No more drying ski and snowboard boots at the fireplace and hoping they'll be dry in the morning. Also, you won't have to remove your boot liners every night.
With all new furniture, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops overlooks the family room with its fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the 43 inch HDTV with surround sound, DVR, and cable HDTV programming or look outside through the picture windows and see a view of the Wasatch mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve. A large private Jacuzzi and natural gas stainless steel BBQ grill are located on the covered deck just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a four poster bed with a queen-size European plush pillowtop mattress set. It has its own private deck looking out towards the mountains and the nature preserve. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size Euro pillowtop beds and the second bedroom includes a TV with DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed combo with the bottom being a full-size bed and the top a twin. A TV with a Gambecube and games is also located in this room. Two bathrooms and a laundry room are also located on the upstairs level. The private downstairs den has its own full bath, LCD TV with DVD and Xbox with games, a queen bed, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper. A 2 car garage is attached. Wireless (Wi-Fi) and wired high speed internet access is included. Unlimited USA long distance is included.
Nearby you will find the village park and the new clubhouse. Its amenities include an exercise room with showers, Plasma TV, fireplace, two computers with high speed internet access, a printer, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with Jacuzzi.
