Futura Yacht Club is a private gated community with a 65 slip marina and boat ramp. Located 67 miles south of Miami in the heart of world class fishing and diving/snorkeling. This spacious tropical waterfront destination is family friendly and offers two lighted tennis courts, large heated pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and private beach.

This two and a half bedroom, two bath Condo has a sitting room that converts into a private bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV/VCR and walk in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sitting room has a full-size futon with privacy blinds. The living room has sofa and love seat with cable TV and DVD/VCR, plus there is a private balcony. The fully equipped new kitchen has new appliances, breakfast bar and dining area.
