The north end of the lake is tucked into the Speckled-Caribou wilderness area of the White Mountain National Forest. Our home is part of a venerable association, Westways. The original home was built as a seasonal retreat for the Diamond Match Corporation (the heliport for the CEO is now a play area at the waterfront). Later, it was operated as an inn, but is now a private home. This is a very quiet lakeside community, with hundreds of shared acres, mostly forested. There is a nicely maintained tennis court, a softball field, a childrens' playground, a recreation room with two manual bowling alleys (for inclement days), docks and moorings.

Late June, early September weeks $1,400 plus optional cleaning.
July & August: $1900/week (Saturday to Saturday)plus optional cleaning fee of $100

Spring & Fall . $550/1st 2 nights ($175/night extra consecutive nights)
