Nestled in the "High Sierras," surrounded by beautiful pines, on a private street, this Charming three bedroom Tyrolean Condo is a wonderful YEAR ROUND Mountain Home. Two major high-speed CHAIR LIFTS are less than five minutes away. Ski in/out to Condo if you choose. A Bus stop is located at the end of the street for easy access to all ski and shopping areas. Mammoth Village and Town are with in close walking distance.

This quaint Condominium is 2 Levels with the 3 Bedrooms located downstairs and the Kitchen and Living area upstairs. There is a Balcony off the living room; great for a summer barbeque or just taking in the beautiful mountain views.

*Mammoth Mountain is a world class destination. Enjoy "Old Mammoth" the Mining town, take a horseback ride, visit Devil’s Post Pile a National Monument.There is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, back packing, camping. Visit the hot creeks or enjoy the summer music festival. Play golf, go shopping, enjoy fine restaurants or just take a day to sit by a stream and have a picnic lunch. Mammoth has it all!
