Sunset Villa is a Golfers Paradise. Our Deluxe Florida villa backs on to Long Marsh Golf Course. Sit on the lanai and watch the golfers tee up on the 4th, or practice after hours. Our adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is waiting for you to come visit. Amenities galore and close to beaches, shopping, water activities, golf courses and plenty of room for those family get togethers.

Our Non-Smoking home features a master bedroom with king-size bed; private bathroom with twin sinks, walk-in shower, and cubicle toilet; walk-in closet, and patio doors to lanai/pool area. Second bedroom with queen bed with TV and walk-in closet with patio doors to lanai/pool area. Third bedroom has twin beds and walk-in closet. Bathroom with door leading to the pool area. There is also a pool shower outside with hot and cold water. There is a pool barrier for the safety of the smaller children allowing parents to relax in comfort.

The great room has large patio doors opening out onto the lanai and pool area where you can experience fabulous sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a breakfast bar looking onto the dining nook which also has patio doors leading onto the lanai and pool area.

We have included pool/beach towels and beach chairs for your use and we have a friendly management team available who ensures the villa is maintained to a very high standard and if you should need any assistance they are there for your assurance.


Sunset villa is located 10 minutes from white, sandy beaches, surrounded by golf courses, ample shopping, and restaurants and within easy driving distance of Busch Gardens and many other Florida attractions including Disney World. The property is in a deed restricted residential community and ideally located for easy travel to and from all the attractions.
