Schooner Court has always been her favorite villa complex so when one became available, she bought it. Patty and Tom are active in the community. They are boaters and RV fans. They travel with their two dogs, Lucy and Ricky. They named their boat Two Dogs.
Why the Owner Chose Schooner Court Villas
For visitors, Harbourtown is the most desirable area on Hilton Head Island. You can see the Lighthouse and still have a large private patio overlooking the sound. You can walk to golf, tennis, boating, shops and restaurants. Harbour Town is the scene of much activity, but the villa is private and quiet when you sit out back on the patio.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Water views from everywhere in the villa. No stairs, privacy, quiet with no one above you. This is like your own little house. There is private parking just outside the front door. Out front is the Lighthouse, harbor, shops and all the activities and in the back of the villa is a serene water view, quiet and peaceful.

We loved the 4 days spent here in November. The view of the sound was stunning with a very nice patio area. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything in place to make our stay feel like home. Great for a couple who wants to be close to town. We will certainly come back to this condo!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

The condo is very open with lots of light from the skylights and the wall of windows overlooking the sound. Upgrades are very nice, the kitchen is spacious. Bathroom is nicely renovated, but wish it were bigger; its really big enough for just one person at a time. Excellent Harbour Town location (!), and really enjoyed working with the owner...such a pleasure! We'll be back!!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.
