This executive, luxury four bedroom lake view home is located in "The Villas at Calypso Bay" on gorgeous Lake Tulloch. A beautiful and refreshing pergola covered courtyard greets you as you arrive, delighting your senses with fragrant jasmine and gardenia's.
Inside our professionally decorated home, you will be pleased to find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, five burner gas cooktop, and tumbled stone floors. All dishes, cookware, serveware, barware and assorted spices are provided.
The adjacent great room provides the ultimate in comfort and relaxation with leather seating, touch button gas fireplace, and 60 inch Satellite HDTV with VCR, DVD/CD home theater system. Also, our ever expanding video and DVD library is available for your enjoyment. Wireless Internet access is also available for your convenience during the peak season.
Relax and enjoy the breathtaking lake and mountain views from the large wrap-around deck, with comfortable new table and chairs, lounge, and stainless steel gas barbecue.
The spacious and finely appointed, master suite features a King, four-poster bed and elegant marble bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet/dressing room. The other two beautifully furnished adult guestrooms feature Queen beds, and shared marble bathroom.
All three rooms provide high thread count linens, pillows, down blankets, bath towels, and Satellite TV with VCR, DVD/CD. The den has two sets of bunkbeds (sleeping four), all together providing sleeping for ten.
Luxurious Frette Spa Robes and Bath amenities upgrade is available for the adult guest rooms.

Please note our rental Reservation Terms: A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay, and a completed Guest Reservation Form is required to confirm booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made no less than 60 days prior to arrival date, in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $200.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made after the 60 day period will forfeit the reservation deposit, unless we are able to book another reservation during your dates.
