This beautiful smoke-free log cabin at 3400 feet elevation is nestled on a private wooded acre with creek. You will find all the comforts of home at Hickory Creek Hideaway including BROADBAND internet access via cable. FREE LONG DISTANCE calls to anywhere in United States. Featured on the ground floor is the family room with a wood burning dry-stack fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, bedroom with queen-size bed and full bath. Upstairs features a large loft with queen-size sleeper, writing desk, comfy leather recliner, bedroom with king-size bed and full bath. Hardwood floors accent the family room, dining room, kitchen and downstairs bedroom. You will find the loft and bedroom upstairs fully carpeted. Other special features of our home include vaulted aspen ceilings, aspen and pine walls, hickory cabinets, and ceiling fans in the family room, loft and bedrooms. When not relaxing inside, you may want to take a step out on to the front porch, or deck areas at the back of the cabin alongside the creek. There is room to sit and just relax, or to eat outside under the canopy of the trees or under the stars. The sounds from the creek and the chirping of the songbirds guarantees you will enjoy the peacefulness of nature and fresh mountain air. When you come to the Smoky Mountains your stay will be complete as Hickory Creek Hideaway is close enough to the sights to be convenient, yet secluded enough to offer a peaceful stay.
