  We have never stayed on ft morgan before but this was a great experience. The complex had so much to offer. Our condo was right over the store to get drinks and lunch which was very convenient. The condo was cute and clean and the view was fantastic. Short trip but already to come back. Also the lady who rented to us was the friendliest person we encountered down there.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We stayed in this complex two years ago, actually the room next door, and after a great experience we made sure to get on the same gulf view side and level as our previous room because of the view and convenience getting to the pool and beach with a young child. The view was just as wonderful, the room was as roomy as expected but the big downside was cleanliness. Sand was all over the room and in the bed when we arrived, bugs on the floor by the tv and the stove was filthy. We refused to eat in the room because if you left a drink sit for a few minutes there would be small black bugs in it. Basically making the kitchen useless. And be careful sitting at the table. One of the chair legs will let go and I'm sure, like the balcony door, this will not be fixed either as from previous reviews it has been almost a year the balcony door has had issues. We'll definitely stay at the complex again but not this room or through VRBO. Apparently they are incapable of returning emails so I came here to post my complaints. We had planned to stay three nights but after the first full day we decided to leave early and go to our next destination because of the filthiness. As I stated in the email to them so it could be cleaned.

  We came for a reunion and had a blast! We love the complex and we all enjoyed our vacation. Several we rented belonged to this owner who was very helpful in planning our trip and took care of all of our needs. The studios are small but we knew that as a view was the most important thing and we got great views! We have already made another reservation for a one bedroom and two bedroom with her for a girls fall trip cant wait!!

  The balcony view from this condo is beautiful. The condo has great potential, but desperately needs updating. Queen bed mattress was horrible, for my husband, who can sleep basically standing up, to complain you know it was bad. Door handle on balcony door was broken & made it difficult to open & close balcony door. The property was well maintained & very clean. The room itself was clean, just outdated.

  I thoroughly enjoyed the gulf shores area, especially being away for the holiday. Everything was as advertised, the property was clean, but I think my room could use an update, it was okay, but the appliances were worn and the electric can opener did not work at all. The shower head was broken, but I was still able to take showers. Overall, I would come back, but I hope that the room is scheduled for an update. Jim
