We loved staying at this house. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Aspen. It is within walking distance to shops , restaurants, bars and Ski slope. What we loved most is that everone can get their own room with private bathroom ensuring privacy if the house is being used by more than 1 family. We also loved the dining room/family room/kitchen area. Great for gathering after a day of skiing or shopping. The Outdoor Hot Tub was a pleasant surprise. We will definately return.

"Fantastic location with magnificent view" This home is warm, inviting and spacious. Perfect for families or friends. Great layout with private bathrooms in each bedroom. The house is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The owner was a delight to work with she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful vacation in Aspen. It was like being in wonderland. Everyone was so friendly. You really felt like you were welcomed wherever you went. We were so happy with the condo. It was perfect. The location could not have been better.It was walking distance to everywhere. The view of the mountain from the living room was stunning. We will go back as soon as we can. We had a great time!

What a great place to stay at the base of Aspen Mountain within an easy walking distance to all the Aspen restaurants, shopping and other attractions. The transportation center is also only a short walk, doable in ski / snowboarding boots if you wish, with free and frequent in-season buses to the three other Aspen Skiing Company mountains (Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands and Snowmass). No need for a rental car if you're flying into the Aspen airport as this transportation system is clearly the easiest way to get around the town and valley. I have stayed here during two different ski weeks; one with eight other guys and the other with three families and our teenage children. My spouse has also stayed here for a week in the fall for a ladies getaway. These trips have been spread-out over several years and the property has always been well maintained and in great condition. This spacious three-story property has plenty of bedroms each with their own private bath. The owners clearly have an eye for decorating as is evident in the classy yet confortable family room and dining suite on the top floor. Note the large dining table with seating for ten; an example that the entire unit is furnished to easily accommodate a “full house” of visitors. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equiped to assure you have all the tools you need for any meals you decide to make in the unit. I also appreciated having a large clothes dryer to keep all our skiing clothes and accessories ready for action. If this is the size unit you are looking for, I can strongly recommend it without hesitation. Joe K. Los Angeles, CA

Terrific house to rent as a family or with a group of friends. Great location to everything. Main street in town is a couple of blocks from the house. Close to restaurants and shops, everything is within walking distance. The layout of the house if fabulous. Great upstairs for group gatherings. Downstairs, all bedrooms have private bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. I am a repeat customers and will continue to be so. This place never disappoints. The owners love their home and want you to truly enjoy your experience while there. I have found them easy to work with and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
