We found this condo to be exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The maid service was excellent. Being on the second floor was perfect for my mom. She could watch our two children at the waterpark without having to get out a whole lot.My sister has allergy issues,so it was nice to have a non-smoking/pet unit. It was very quiet inside the unit-very nice experience. The oceanview was great. We loved it! Thanks!

I never write reviews but I really felt this stay deserved one. This condo at Kingston Plantation surpassed my expectations. Very clean, comfortable and an excellent location. Could not beat the view! Great place for our family (6 yr old & 2 yr old). This was our first trip to Kingston/Myrtle Beach and I have to say we will definitely go back. I would definitely stay in Brighton 203 again and would highly recommend it to my family & friends. The owner was very nice to deal with as well. Thank You!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Great location! We have stayed at Kingston Plantation about 6 times and absolutely love it! The resort is beautiful, affordable with everything you need! The owner of the condo was very nice and made renting a pleasant experience. Super easy and checking in was a breeze! We loved it!

maid service is not what you think - they only make the beds and take out the trash- you clean everything else. Great views.
Owner response:The maid service problem has been fixed. This is managed through the Embassy Suites/Hilton company and has been rectified. Unfortunately the renter did not contact me during the stay to fix it on the first day.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! The accommodations were much nicer than the average rental. The beds were cozy, the furnishings above average, well-appointed amenities,and carpet very clean(always a welcomed surprise!). The Kingston Plantation area is a great location too. It was nice to look out from the balcony onto the beach with the Splash waterpark just next door.
