Location location location! It was perfect... right on the main drag, but away from the huge resorts so often times I found that I got the beach to myself! And the beach is literally yards away from the property! Studio comes equipped with a lot of additional treasures that not many condos do! All in all an excellent stay in Kihei! Will be back! Marina was great to work with. Mahalo!

Marina and Family, thank you so much for sharing your condo with me. Everything was so clean and the decor was very cute! I enjoyed the cookies and pineapple very much,that was a very nice suprise. I will certainly recommend the condo to my family and friends. I hope that I will be able to enjoy it again very soon. The only thing that I would suggest is that maybe the pots and pans need to be replaced..for those of us that do like to cook in..:) I had a wonderful time and felt so at home! Aloha and Mahalo!!!

A very nice place to Stay

My husband and I stayed in this unit January 2011. We have stayed in other condos at Kihei Bay Surf in the past and this unit was nicer, more comfortable, and had more little extras. We enjoyed the bonus of having beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers beach mats & beach umbrellas, in the condo. The freezer with the ice maker was a nice feature as well. The condo is located in a quiet part of the complex and you are able to park right outside the condo entrance. The condo is nicely decorated with dresser space for clothes (not always the case in other condos). Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the condo had everything we needed for our 12 days. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and would stay here again, if available.

my 2 week stay

With the exception of having no deck for the whole 2 weeks and having to listen to the decks being rebuilt, it was a good stay. The interior of the condo was nice. Glad to have some of the goodies in the closet for the beach. I did leave my facemask I brought because there were no mask but a lot of snorkels. I did use the pool area a lot. Nice pool and lounges. Got a nice tan. Met a lot of nice people from everywhere. Hope the repair the minor leak in the hot tube. Would I stay here again? Possibly, as long as there is no major construction on the campus as a whole. Nice beach across the street to watch the sunsets. Nice to have the bus stops right by the condos. Used them a lot. Saved a lot in car rentals.

Monkey Business in Maui

This studio was the perfect size for two people. It's location on Maui is perfect, close to everything. The condo is very clean and stocked with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. The umbrella really saved us from too much sun at the beach. The property is well maintained and quiet. There are lots of plumeria trees and even banana trees. The monkey theme in the condo was cute. The fresh pineapple and cookies we found upon arrival made our first breakfast very special. Thank you very much!!!!!

Your condo is wonderful, we didn't want for anything. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It was close to every- thing and right across the street was the best walking beach, Sugar Beach. We stayed for two weeks and wished we had been able to stay longer. Mahalo, Marina You sure know how to make one feel at home!

Aloha! All we can say is wow! We had the great pleasure of renting Marina's condo March 24, 2008 thru March 31, 2008. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The neighbors in the complex are so kind. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and beautiful place to stay this condo is it! I just reccomend staying atleast 2 weeks, we only stayed 1 week. Next time we plan to stay a month! Hopefully in the future we are planning on moving to Maui.

This vacation has been a dream of a lifetime. The room has been very homey and comfortable with unique and lively decor. The neighbor, Bill was very friendly and informational. The AC needs rechared and the coffee pot needs replaced. Other than that a fabulous time and place to stay. What an awesome place this is - cozy and just right for a couple like us! We definitely took full advantage of all the beach equipment in the closet...as a matter of fact, we spent so much time at all the beaches, we forgot to eat the pineapple! More for the next people. We want to recommend some places (for those of you reading this other than Marina.) BIG WAVE CAFE - one word - Delicious! Go south on Kihei road about a mile or so on your left - by Longs Drugs. BIG BEACH in Wailea for boogie boarding. LA PEROUS BAY and the bay just north of it for snorkeling. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this to friends and family! Mahalo! Marina, We had a great holiday and enjoyed all the special furnishings and well thought out accessories. Hope we haven't worn out the blender! Great smoothis. Thanks for the fresh pineapple and cookies. Hubby has bought two more since arriving. Maui is a great island with lots to see. Helicopter ride, visited the winery, Mama's Fish House, rented a Harley motorcycle for a day & toured the island. Poolside and spa are really special as well as the locals. This was my first trip to Hawaii and my husbands first trip outside Canada (hwere it's -20C back home!!!) What a way to spend Christmas. Melekalikimaka! Since we spent most of our savings on this trip, I doubt we'll be back soon (except in our dresams) but we will recommend this place to everyone! The food that welcomed us was much appreciated after a 12 hour sequence of flights (and a 3 day trip just to get here!) as everything was closed and we were tired and hungry upon arrival.
