Home is situated in the exclusive 5th hole putting green, sports the latest wireless internet and is ideal for the golfer who is looking for extra fun but needs to stay-in-touch with the work place. This is a squeaky-clean, work-play home!
It has been completely redecorate in early 2005 using pleasant, pastel colors, white wall-to-wall carpeting, all new furniture, cooking and serving utensils. As a bonus, you are no more than 20 yards from the 5th hole green from the screened back porch with adjacent open deck and enjoy magnificent daybreaks, every day, from its eastern exposure!
This home has four bedrooms and a sleep sofa in the living room. This home accommodates up to ten guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen, bedroom #3 has two twins and bedroom #4 has a twin bed with trundle. The living room has a pull-out sleep sofa for two. The dinning table seats 8 comfortably and breakfast bar seats 4.
For our professional guests who need to stay in touch with the workplace, we sport the latest wireless internet technology. For your entertainment, we include a big screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. Once you arrive, it will be difficult to leave!
No more than a ten-minute walk from our home sits the Salt Pond Clubhouse, offering a long list of guest amenities. Open year round, our guests have access to the Salt Pond's Executive Golf Course, complete with a fully-staffed Pro Shop and driving range. Clubhouse indoor amenities include heated pool and hot tub, weight/exercise rooms, and Ping-Pong table. During the spring/summer months, the clubhouse offers pool, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, and walking paths. The Pro Shop is augmented by a conveniently located snack bar. (Additional fees apply for the use of Recreation Facility and Golf.)
As a special treat for our younger guests, the Salt Pond also offers a real-grass putting green and game arcade (open spring/summer).
