The Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers you a Clubhouse and a Pool Directly on the Beach. The Resort is located just ACROSS the street from the Beautiful White Sand Beach, and our unit is approximately a four minute walk to the Clubhouse. There are ten more pools, four tennis courts, shuffleboard, an eighteen hole putt-putt course, and Twenty-Four-Hour Gated Security. These amenities are all FREE! We also furnish putters and tennis racquets for your use.
You will love our Townhouse at 244 Grand Island Boulevard! The large Master bedroom has a king-size bed, the large Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and both have their own separate bathroom and TVs. Downstairs the living room has a comfortable leather sofa and chairs along with TV, DVD, stereo, books, and movies.
It also has a half bath, dining area with bar stools, and a fully-furnished kitchen. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto the roomy deck area overlooking the canal for grilling and lounging with a patio table with umbrella. All this, plus only a one minute walk to the nicest pool in the complex.
Gulf Highlands is located in the Heart of "The Strip." Restaurants, entertainment, theater, bowling alley, arcade, post office, as well as retail and grocery shopping, are all within walking distance. The vehicle entrance is on Middle Beach Road just East of Beckrich Road. The Front Beach Road entrance is for pedestrian traffic only.

I vacationed in this townhouse in early August. The place is beautiful!...The bedrooms are perfect!..My favorite part of this townhouse was the deck..many nights spend out on the deck talking and just relaxing. ..The listing doesn't give credit to how nice this townhosue is. The photos are nice but it's nicer in person. The property was clean and well-kept.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
