This beautiful, beach house located between the Cerromar and Dorado Hyatt Golf Courses (area is called Brenas) and walking distance (20 feet) from a private beach. The beach is great for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, and walking. The house comes with a golf cart which will give you access to the Dorado and Cerromar Golf Courses. The house looks onto the Cerromar Golf Course. Many Americans have been renting houses in Brenas for the past 20 years - they love the beach and the privacy of the area. There are many great restaurants in the Dorado and Vega Alta area, also San Juan is only a 25 minute drive.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, one guest room has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two bunkbeds (four people). There is another smaller room with a double bed. The downstairs is an open plan area, with a kitchen, dining room, family room, and reading area. Outside there are two tables that seat ten people, a hammock (between two palm trees), and a gas barbecue.
