Quiet village house typical from Corsica and with all modern conveniences, you will according to your tastes and desires at that moment, live with a group of friends our be isolated in one of the 4 main rooms, on one of the 3 terraces, in its garden with trees, go for a retreat or enjoy

1 -  rate per week, depending on the season, except during school holidays depending on French calendar
       from October to April: 600 Euro - July and August: 900  - May = 700 - June and September: 800

2 -  rates per week during school holidays depending on French calendar
       All Saint's Day: 700  - Christmas: 800  - Spring and Easter: 700 - Summer except July and August: 800

3 -  If used, the electric heating is payable on a rate basis and the
       reading of the meter upon arrival and departure, minus a fixed rate for electricity depending on  
       the season et the number of rented days.

4 -  Electric tumble-dryer that you can even use during during summer, allow to leave the maximum of 
       clean and dry clothes on the day of your departure.

5 - Any failure or damage to the household appliances will be notified on the same day
      by the tenant to the owner, both will decide on who responsibility it is 
      and will decide what to do.

      
The rental price (600 to 900 € per week, depending of the season)
Rates are independent of the number of people in the house.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and acts as a contract under the following terms:
the balance of 70 % is due upon arrival + a €400 security deposit 
Rentals are normally per full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Notwithstanding and depending on the availability, we can be flexible.
In order to avoid our guest to loose time, 
an inventory is made upon arrival and upon departure an is limited to check the property of the premises, the functioning of the household appliances, plumbing fixtures and sewage outlet; as well as the presence and the good condition of the fragile or pricey objects.
Both parties will be present and the compensation for any damage made from the host will be mutually consented and instantly deducted from the security deposit.

As soon as he receives the down payment by check or bank transfer, the owner will provide the tenant with all the document to access the village.
The tenant will confirm arrival the day before by phone.
The owner will welcome the tenant as agreed on the phone prior to arrival... Parking for at least 3 cars,  50 m away from the house.
All linen provided (sheets, kitchen and table linen, bathroom linen, beach sheets, etc.) is clean and stored upon arrival. It will have to be clean and stored upon departure (using household appliances) . However, as we know are departures are, the tenant will be allow to leave clean linen drying in the basement, one full washing machine and (in a basket on the basement) the daily dirty linen: sheets, pillowcases,
towels.
Likewise, the whole premises and equipment shall be clean upon departure or the tenant shall pay an agreed number of cleaning hours.

An altitude of 350 m guarantees to the village of Lavatoggio a climate slightly more temperate than the one they have on the sea shore.

The village is easily accessible by car, less than 1/2 h drive from the Ste-Catherine Airport of Calvi and the harbours of Calvi and l'Ile-Rousse, with many connections to Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and any country during summer time. One hour and a half from Bastia, two hours and a half from Ajaccio.

The house is North oriented with unobstructed view ofa large private park (where you can park you car safely) , of the Plain of Algajola and its seaside; of the countryside and the mountain to the west; of the village to the east.

The three terraces allow to fully enjoy the views.

One of them, on the sa,e level as the kitchen has a parasol and is particularly suitable for having your meals; as is the garden below with lawn, table, chairs. and barbecue. Children's playground.
