**WINTER GETAWAY** We are a 5 minute drive from downtown Lake Geneva where you can shop, dine and take advantage of one of the many wonderful spas in the area. The Guest House is fully equipped for a fantastic getaway with a patio, sundeck with beautiful lake views, sport court and gas grill. We are just across the street from Big Foot Beach State Park where you can have a picnic, go fishing, rent a boat or waverunner or just enjoy a nice hike.
**KITCHEN**
This 4 bedroom house has a full kitchen and eating area, beautifully outfitted with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Kitchen has all the amenities of home - coffeemaker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc... and a TV
**THE GREAT ROOM**
The great room boasts a gas fireplace and large sitting area. TV in Great Room with Cable, DVD Player, and VCR. First floor bathroom has a shower.
**BEDROOMS**
There are four nicely decorated, comfortable bedrooms; one with 2 Twin Beds, Two with 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed. Two of the bedrooms have beautiful lake views. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor.
**WIRELESS ACCESS**
The Guest House provides a computer with high-speed Internet access. There is wireless hookup for a laptop.
**GAME ROOM**
The fully finished recreation room in the basement will keep you and your guests entertained with a TV, pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey and dartboard.
**DECK & PATIO**
Soak up the sun on the upstairs deck while enjoying spectacular views of beautiful Geneva Lake. Grill out on the patio below.
**SPORT COURT**
The house has its very own sport court - where you can choose from basketball or volleyball.
**NEARBY ACTIVITIES**
Just steps away is Button's Bay, where you can rent jet skis or a boat, have a picnic, or swim in spring-fed Geneva Lake.
**BOAT RENTALS MINUTES AWAY**
Boat, Waverunner and other Watercraft Rentals are just minutes away at Button's Bay. We are happy to provide names of companies all around the lake.

70th birthday celebration. We, as a family, would like to thank you for the use of this beautiful home. We couldn't have asked for a better time or place to celebrate our Dad's, Father-in-law, Grandfather & Husband's birthday. The time together was precious and we will treasure this weekend for many reasons. Thank you for your hospitality and this house for fun, relaxation and complete enjoyment.

We came for a ladies bridge weekend and had a great time. Eat, played bridge and laughed a lot. It's a lovely house.

We enjoyed the house - comfortable, cozy, fun basement. The state park down the street is nice and pontoon rental is fun. Went to the beach, fishing (caught hundreds), shopping, picnics, grill-outs, Ice-cream runs, Pontoon rides and tubing, golf, and movies and volleyball and basketball on the sport court.
