If it's the ocean you are looking for, there is no better view from the Breakers than this unit. Because this villa is on the top floor the private balcony is open to the sky and offers privacy for sunbathing while gazing at the ocean and beach by day and for observing the moon and stars during the evenings. The Tybee light house can be seen in the distance. Watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf while listening to the waves lapping the shore. All of this can also be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen because of the direct ocean view.
Stroll along the beach to the Tiki Hut bar next door and enjoy your favorite libation while listening to live island music. Shopping and dining are also just steps away at Coligny Plaza where you will find restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, move theater, bakery, bike rentals and a variety of "island" shops.
Our recently renovated villa will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A dining area, kitchen, bath and laundry alcove makes this unit the perfect place for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

Year Purchased: 1995
We have owned and enjoyed sharing our condo with our guests for 16 seasons. We live in Indiana so going to our tropical island getaway whenever possible is something we look forward to. Our children and grandchildren love it too, as a matter of fact our son and daughter-in-law just bought the unit right next door!
Why the Owner Chose The Breakers
Our daughter went to Hilton Head for an internship her senior year in college. She fell in love with the island and returned to Hilton Head for 3 years after graduation. We visited her and also fell in love with Hilton Head. That is how we came to buy a Breakers villa. We think the Breakers is in the best location on the whole island.!

We love that so many places are within walking distance of our condo. Coligny Plaza and the Beach Market are just a few steps away where you can find shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and much much more.

My husband and I and our 4 kids went to Hilton Head for spring break this year and stayed at 316 Breakers. We were so thrilled when we walked into the condo - it was absolutely beautiful, and more importantly, very clean! The kitchen was so spotless, it was ready to use right away (I usually clean everything first). We saw dolphins almost every morning while we were drinking coffee on the deck and watching the beach-goers. The kids always wanted to play on the beach for a couple of hours first, then walk back up to the pool to cool off and be “sand-free.” My older boys, ages 6 and 8, loved the bunkbeds to sleep and hung out on the top bunk to play games and look at their treasures they found at the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch in the condo and walked over to a different restaurant in Coligny Plaza for dinner each night. We always topped off dinner with ice cream or a treat from Java Joe’s. We loved having the Tiki Hut next door to us and could walk over to listen to the music or sit on our deck and hear the faint music in the evenings. We are already planning our trip back next year – it will be hard to top this vacation! We definitely want to stay at 316 Breakers again – the view, location and upkeep of the condo must rate as one of the prime locations to stay on Hilton Head.

I must say we certainly do enjoy the location! I have always loved a vacation by the water and we can't get much better then this. The pool and beach were ideal, and your villa was very clean and neat. We read all the books we brought, shopped, explored, and enjoyed the seafood. A bright, clean and comfortable villa, great view, convenient location. We will return.
