This two story, central air conditioned cottage is located just steps from the Man-O-War Harbour. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room area, satellite TV, master bedroom, laundry room, and half bath. Upstairs you will find a seating area for you to sneak away to read a book or drink your morning coffee while overlooking the Harbour and the Sea of Abaco. Two more large bedrooms are located on each end of the house, each having their own private balcony.
Additional amenities include a large private swimming pool and deck located directly in front of your cottage offering a view of the Harbour,gas grill, a gazebo at the end of your private dock for you to keep your rental boat, along with handmade wooden tables and benches for you to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing view.
