Come enjoy the panoramic view from this sixth floor Condo at Sterling Sands. The Condo has just been completely redecorated with new paint, carpet, appliances, granite countertops and flatscreen televisions. The deck features an impressive view of the water and the sound of the waves hitting the beach. This vacation Condo features a living area with 15 foot sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf, exiting to the large private patio.
The living and dining room walls are mirrored to reflect the gorgeous Gulf water wherever you look. The Condo features a fully-equiped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area and living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa bed. The master bedroom is an oasis of calm with a queen-size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom has a twin size daybed with a pull out twin size trundle bed underneath. These can be made into a king size bed when joined. There is a private full size bathroom adjoining with a shower and bath tub.
Sterling Sands is an eight story condominium complex built in late 1995. It is an excellent vacation spot for couples as well as families with children. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool, outdoor spa and poolside restaurant. The beach area is large and gorgeous with all water activities located nearby. At Sterling Sands you're close to amusement parks, golf, area attractions, and restaurants, including the Back Porch - a nice walk down the beach. There's even a Waffle House across the street for a quick breakfast. The Track and Water park are just across the street, too.

On the harbor side of the Emerald Grand, this is a fabulous place for Sunday brunch. It's pricey but it's worth it. Great service, jazz trio, to die for view, and the food is exquisite!

We had a great time at your condo! It had a nice decor, clean, and well-stocked. It had a great location - we felt we were in the middle of it all! My boys loved spending time on the beach and pool which were so easy to get to. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The area attractions and restaurants were so close and easy to get to. We spent some time at Harborwalk Village, Baytowne Wharf Village, the Track, went on a Dolphin Cruise with Southern Star, and sampled various restaurants in the area. We even took a drive through Fort Walton over to Gulf Breeze to check out the zoo. We will consider your condo again for a future stay!

This condo felt just like home. Great location. Convenient to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will be staying here again.

We stayed here back in the fall, it was my boyfriends first time seeing the beach. He thought he was in paradise in this condo! We all had an absolute blast and LOVED the decor of the place! We have decided to book this condo every time we return to Destin!

This is just a note to let you know we greatly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Sands. We had spent a few days there a couple of years ago and liked the area. Our four year old grandson may have spoken for all when he said, "I don't want to leave Florida." We are thankful for a great time and a safe journey.. . . it was a pleasure dealing with you. We had a great time at your condo! Our daughter loved the beach and loved having her own trundle bed (her doll slept on the bottom!) We ended up renting a waverunner and went on a 2 hour hunt for dolphins. We happened upon a pod with about 12 to 15 dolphins that kept us entertained for a long time! It was amazing!
