  Hogan was great to work with and even accommodated a late checkout request . After checking some other places where the owners didn't keep their calendars up to date we found Sterling Sands. I am so glad! Great location -everything is close! We walked along the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant.....good food, courteous wait staff, great atmosphere!!!!!! The condo itself is just as pictured and more than met our needs. The kitchen is big enough for cooking and the glass pane balcony lends itself to great views. We were comfortable and felt at home. Just Fabulous! We'll be back :)

  We had such a great time in Destin! The condo was great!! We will definitely be back!

  We had a great time at your condo! It had a nice decor, clean, and well-stocked. It had a great location - we felt we were in the middle of it all! My boys loved spending time on the beach and pool which were so easy to get to. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The area attractions and restaurants were so close and easy to get to. We spent some time at Harborwalk Village, Baytowne Wharf Village, the Track, went on a Dolphin Cruise with Southern Star, and sampled various restaurants in the area. We even took a drive through Fort Walton over to Gulf Breeze to check out the zoo. We will consider your condo again for a future stay!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  This condo felt just like home. Great location. Convenient to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will be staying here again.

  We stayed here back in the fall, it was my boyfriends first time seeing the beach. He thought he was in paradise in this condo! We all had an absolute blast and LOVED the decor of the place! We have decided to book this condo every time we return to Destin!

  I just wanted to send an email to let both of you know how much we enjoyed our vacation.. . . .The condo was great and we look forward to staying there again next year when we return. We have been staying at the Sterling Sands for probably 10 years now; we love the location. Now we can get the same unit each year.

  This is just a note to let you know we greatly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Sands. We had spent a few days there a couple of years ago and liked the area. Our four year old grandson may have spoken for all when he said, "I don't want to leave Florida." We are thankful for a great time and a safe journey.. . . it was a pleasure dealing with you. If we are privileged to visit Destin again, we will check with you.

  We had a great time at your condo! Our daughter loved the beach and loved having her own trundle bed (her doll slept on the bottom!) We ended up renting a waverunner and went on a 2 hour hunt for dolphins. We happened upon a pod with about 12 to 15 dolphins that kept us entertained for a long time! It was amazing!
