The 200 year old mas is set peacefully in the Provencal countryside near the magical Alpilles, yet 5 minutes drive from the centre of fashionable St-Remy-de-Provence with it's superb restaurants, market and shops. It is set amid apple orchards and poppy fields.
The house has a traditional Provencal look and feel with a 200 year old vine that gives respite from the sun, it has lovely views and the sounds of the cicadas to keep you company.

We rented this farmhouse for 3 weeks in May and June. We had been looking for somewhere in the country but close enough to a town to allow for markets, shopping, restaurants, etc. This place was perfect! It has been renovated just enough to provide all the comforts without sacrificing the feel of a genuine mas. The beds are comfortable, the showers are excellent, the kitchen has everything you need, and the surroundings are heavenly. We ate dinner every night outside - no humidity, no bugs - and had our morning coffee beside the pool along with fresh croissants from the local boulangerie while listening to the rooster crowing from the farm down the road. It's a 10-minute bike ride into St. Remy, mostly along a bike path, and the pool is large enough to do laps in. We had a fantastic time in your mas. The house is quiet and comfortable. Thank you for your help with the christmas tree. We brought our ornaments and had a great evening decorating the tree with a fire and listening to Christmas music. The location was great to exploring the region.
