Breathtaking views from the BALCONY, BEDROOMS, DINING, LIVING ROOM, AND KITCHEN. All rooms have floor to ceiling glass walls so the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach is always visible from anywhere in the Condo. Three large TV's (in each bedroom as well as the living room). The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, with TV, DVD, and VCR. Fully equipped modern kitchen with washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner. Condo has fresh paint, new tile floors, & new carpet. New bedding & decor also!

Bedrooms have walk in closets and private baths with double vanities and oversize garden tubs. Master bedroom has king bed with swivel rocker. Both bedrooms have private doors opening onto the oversize balcony.

Long Beach consists of four towers with waterfalls and palm tree islands in the large Lagoon Pool with poolside bar and grill, two heated polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, two lighted tennis courts, 1300 feet of powder white beach with chair, umbrella, jet ski, parasailing, and other rentals.

Good restaurants and Wal Mart Super Center are within walking distance as well as several amusements and shopping.

  • The Cain condo is perfectly beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. The views of the beach from every room are breathtaking. There is excellent security, proximity to restaurants and shopping, many amenities, and convenient access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and plan to return again soon. I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a vacation spot in PC.

  • My husband and I stayed at Joan's beautiful condo in PC. Joan was wonderful to work with on the rental and her condo had everything we needed. Everything was perfect and we have no complaints!
