Welcome to Long Beach Resort, famous for fabulous floor plans and breathtaking views. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The HangOut Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

The tiled living and dining areas are side by side, allowing for a large expansive view out to the extra large balcony, and beyond to the emerald waters of the Gulf. The living room has a large comfortable leather sofa, a new love seat and a cozy chair. Relax and watch the new flat screen TV, or just hang out with family discussing today's adventures and tomorrow's plans. The condo has a DVD player for family movie night.
Dine in, with seating for six at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar, or take dinner outside to the balcony and enjoy the sunset.
The view from the bedrooms is no less amazing, with nothing but a wall of glass between you and the beach. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and private baths with double vanities and over-sized garden tubs. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queens. Both bedrooms have private doors opening to the balcony.
Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!
In spring, summer and early fall a Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, and para-sailing. Barefoot Beach Rentals has one pair of reserved beach chairs, available at a discounted rate, on a first come basis.
Super Walmart, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance or just a short drive away.
This condo does not have a sleeper sofa however a very comfortable queen air bed is available upon request.
This is a non smoking condo, no pets are allowed, and the responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age.

I really appreciate all of your assistance in making our trip to PCB so wonderful! We stayed in June of 2010 during the oil scare. This condo is amazing! It had everything we needed. My family couldn’t believe their eyes when we opened the door! We had such a fun and relaxing time and I can't wait to come back. It was very clean and well put together. The condo had tile in kitchen and living room so when you came back from the beach it was easy to clean up the sand that you brought back with you. The resort is close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. The pools/hot tubs were nice.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Cain condo is perfectly beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. The views of the beach from every room are breathtaking. There is excellent security, proximity to restaurants and shopping, many amenities, and convenient access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and plan to return again soon. I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a vacation spot in PC.

My husband and I stayed at Joan's beautiful condo in PC. Joan was wonderful to work with on the rental and her condo had everything we needed. Everything was perfect and we have no complaints!
