Great 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom ranch with open floor plan and cathedral ceilings with a short drive to Ropes and Loop Beaches. All on one level living for ease and convenience at any age. The well equipped eat-in kitchen (with slider to the mahogany deck (16x25) featuring built-in benches, 2 chaise lounge chairs, table seating for 6 and Weber gas grill), separate dining room, living room with Pottery Barn French day bed and trundle (sleeps 2) with large ceiling fan above, family room with 42-inch plasma TV are all open to each other with a half bath located next to the family room. The newly renovated master bedroom with queen size bed has hardwood flooring, trey ceiling, large ceiling fan, a nicely appointed private bath, and huge walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has twin beds to keep separate or push them together to make a king size bed and large closet, small chest of drawers and a desk with chair. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet, large and small chests of drawers. Both guest bedrooms share a lovely full bath located in the hall between them. Home has central air-conditioning for your comfort and your guests. Outside the family room there is a fire pit area with 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 benches for additional seating. Along the left side of the deck there are 3 organic gardens offering herbs for cooking and any last of spring season vegetables. There is a small side yard for child play. The front of the property is fenced and features a manicured lawn with well groomed gardens. Ample parking (4 cars) is available in the driveway and additional cars could park on the shoulder across the road.
