Everything you need to have a great vacation is here! Welcome to this fully equipped, beachfront home. Located in a gated, private community, we are not far from the Amelia Island Plantation and almost next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Featuring porcelain tile floors (to cool your feet in the summer), king sized, carpeted bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic top stove, and full sized washer and dryer.
We keep a restaurant menu guide and tourist brochures for your convenience. There is Cable TV in both the living room and bedroom. Wicker balcony furniture with ottomans and rocking chair are cushioned. We provide basic supplies like coffee, filters, sugar, paper towels, garbage bags, dish and laundry soaps, bath soaps and shampoo, plus a number of household goods, since the owners live here 5 months out of the year.
This is a very lovely condo, and very clean. We hope you give us a try!
