This third floor home has a view that's a treat! As you walk through the door, the first thing you'll see is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Get ready to feel the cool, Italian porcelain tile under your feet after a hot day under the sun. Cook up a meal in our fully equipped kitchen, or leave the cooking to someone else and choose a restaurant with the help of our Restaurant Guide.
Relax in our spacious living and dining area as you watch the waves roll ashore. Settle down to a perfect night's rest on a pillow topped king-sized mattress. Or stay up late to watch your favorite movie on a 20" flat screen TV with a DVD player. On the balcony, in a padded wicker chair with your feet up on the ottoman, you can watch the moon come up. Did we mention the view is spectacular at night also? Most people comment on how much they enjoy the balcony.
On site, enjoy a refreshing dip in either of two pools or take the boardwalk to the ocean. Play tennis on one of four clay courts where you can schedule a lesson with an on site pro. Just two doors down you will find the Ritz Carlton Hotel where you can indulge in a spa treatment or eat at their five star restaurant "Salt". Harris Teeter grocery store is about a mile away and there are many things to see in historic Fernandina. You'll be glad you came!
