As you enter this gated, private community located near the Amelia Island Plantation and almost next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, you'll experience ocean living at its finest! This home is located on the third floor, which gives you a view of more than trees, grass and dunes. The first sight to greet your eyes as you enter the condo will be the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, seen through the picture windows. Get ready to feel the cool, Italian porcelain tile under your feet after a hot day under the sun. Cook up a meal in our fully equipped kitchen which boasts all Kenmore appliances, including a ceramic-top electric stove. Or leave the cooking to someone else and use our Restaurant Guide to help you pick the best place for dining. Relax in our spacious living and dining area as you watch the waves roll ashore. Settle down to a perfect night's rest in a pillow topped king-size bed. Or watch your favorite movie in bed on a 20" flat screen TV with a DVD player. On the balcony, in a padded wicker chair with your fee up on the ottoman, you can watch the moon come up. Did we mention the view is spectacular at night also? There are plenty of shops to choose from at nearby Amelia Island Plantation Fernandina Beach is home to Florida's oldest hotel, The Florida House Inn, and Florida's oldest saloon, The Palace Saloon, as well as a Civil War-era fort, Fort Clinch. You will want to spend a day in the Centre Street Historic District which covers 50 blocks of restored 19th century Victorian homes, shops, and restaurants.
