Escape to some much deserved rest & relaxation at our comfortable, upscale townhome one block from newly renovated historic downtown Encinitas. Beautifully decorated with warm beach tones, granite and tile, vaulted ceilings and cozy sunroom to make you feel right at home. Spacious and open great room allows for entertaining.
The master bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed w/cozy linens and duvet, large closet, TV, sliding glass patio door to the sunroom, bath with jacuzzi tub and more. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, large closet, bath and private patio. The den has its own closet and dresser with a double-sized futon and access to the private patio as well. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs or bbq & dine outside on the large deck. Small pets will be considered.

Encinitas is the quintessential beach town with great restaurants & cafes, unique shops, nightclubs, & galleries. Stroll two blocks to our world famous beaches and take a walk in the warm sand, go boogie-boarding or surfing, play some volleyball. Our location provides you with easy access to all that San Diego has to offer.
Take the Coaster train to Downtown San Diego for museums, shopping, theater, etc. Golf at Encinitas Ranch, tennis is within blocks, or play the ponies at Del Mar, visit Legoland, hike Torry Pines, go to Seaworld, visit Historic Balboa Park, or take the train to Mexico. - Convertible Bed: See above den/futon.
- Crib: We don't have a crib, but we do have a Pack and Play for little ones (and also a safety gate for the stairs). Also, we can refer you to a company who does rents, delivers and sets up baby/children's furniture.

- Refrigerator: Please note the Ice-maker/water spout is NOT hooked up on this fridge. Ice gets old between our guests' visits, so when you go the grocery store, be sure to pick up a bag of ice if you want it.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: There are now TWO grills at the house. Please let us know if you are low on propane.

This is the beautiful community where we grew up. Encinitas is still a classic beach town, but it has blossomed with culture, dining and fun shopping. We take advantage of the convenient Coaster (local train) to travel downtown San Diego and avoid freeway traffic while getting a view of the coast you cannot get by car. Encinitas is a very special place, with a laid-back vibe sure to help you unwind on your vacation.
