You can't go wrong with this home for a great vacation. It is well located, clean, and well equipped with all you'll need for your stay in Florida. We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed a great pool/hot tub lanai with canal view, close by shopping, easy access to groceries, retail shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe at all times. Friends and family visited and were pleasantly suprised by the home - all felt it exceeded the owner's description. We will rent this home again if available. THANK YOU!!!

Lovely Home Away From Home!

My husband and I and our 15 year old daughter stayed in this house while we were in Cape Coral looking to purchase our own vacation home. Everything in the house was lovely and there was nothing we wanted and couldn't locate. It is centrally located - within walking distance to a few restaurants and even a Super Walmart. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Having our own pool and hot tub was perfect and we loved being on the canal. Todd, the owner, was very easy to deal with. Thanks for everything Todd!

Great vacation home

The house looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and neat. No problems with anything. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. As soon as we got there we called the owner and he promptly gave us any instructions and information we needed. If anyone would like to take a Florida vacation this would be a great place to stay. Just a short trip to Sanibel Island and to Fort Myers. There are also several of shopping centers near by as well as restaurants and pubs. Had a GREAT vacation with my family there!!

Very well kept home with lots of room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has a great location close to shopping and restaurants. All of its features were accurately described in the listing. The owner is extremely helpful and personable. Pool and grounds were extremely well maintained and the neighbourhood was very quiet as well. A very relaxing place and highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location

My family and I stayed at this property last Thanksgiving, and found the home and location to be great. You can walk to good restaurants and the grocery store; the home is spacious and in extremely good condition. With so much going for it, including a pool and hot tub, you sometimes have to drag yourself out to go to the beach or sightseeing, because the house is that enjoyable to stay in. We enjoyed our visit, and would do so again in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed at this superb property for 2 glorious weeks in Oct '09 and I cannot recommend it too highly. Absolutely the best of everything including the location which is within staggering distance of many bars and restaurants, just right for us Brits LOL!! We hope to visit again next year, perhaps with the kids in tow this time as this property offers something for all the family [ We would be back this year but we have a wedding to pay for :o( ] . Again, highly recommended 5 star vacation property!!

This house is immaculate, beautiful and perfect. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Everything we needed was there and it is wonderful. We have four children who are already asking if we can go back. Beautiful pool and hot tub, great TV, comfortable beds, very clean. Extremely relaxing, not in a "touristy" area. We would recommend it to our friends and family. The owners were very nice and helpful. I can't say enough about how wonderful this house and vacation was.

We are really enjoying our stay in this home! We've stayed in three other homes in the Cape Coral area and this is the best one, by far! Bright and sunny, comfortable beds, large open-concept, and plenty of amenities. I love the sitting area for those times when I don't want to watch TV and everyone else does..great place to read! The house is very close to good restaurants, supermarkets, and great shopping, and yet very private. The pool and the spa are spectacular!! The super-large screened-in lanai is like another HUGE room, which is truly a great place to have dinner outside or just lounge in the sun bug-free! The owners have been unbelievably helpful and ready to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

We are truly sold on house renting! This house is absolutely beautiful as everyone who has stayed there has said. We shared it for a week with 2 other couples and had so much fun. The Cape Coral-Ft Myers area has so much to offer from museums to walks on the beach to Manatee watching. Would definetely go again!

This house is beautiful. The 6 sets of sliding glass doors are one of its greatest features. The glass doors in the family room were so huge that we decided to sleep on the floor with the doors open every night (instead of utilizing the very comfortable king size bed--the bedroom also has its set of glass doors, but the ones in the family room were extra special). It was awesome!!!The pool and spa at night are the second stars of this home. The ever changing lights created a really nice atmosphere. The place is very clean, and it has everything that you may need. The owners were easy going, especially when accomodating our specific needs, in addition to being readily available. The town is beautiful and there are many gorgeous places to drive to that are nearby. The Colombian bakery a couple of blocks away (walking distance) on Del Prado Blvd is great. We definitely recommend this home.

What a great house!! It is comfortable and relaxing, just what we wanted for a few days vacation. The pool is screened in and the screen is attached to the house (normal there, unusual here in Michigan) so you can open up all the extra wide sliding glass doors and just enjoy the pool, hot tub and patio from the house and not worry about bugs. The kitchen was well-stocked and easily accessible from the pool/patio area. The bedrooms are comfortable and can accomodate a number of people. The home design is very open and nicely furnished. It is clean, well maintained and is not at all a "barebones" home. I would definitely stay there again.

From the minute I walked in the door, it was immediately relaxing. THe first view from the front door is a very contempory living space with full glass doors looking out to the pool/spa lania, which overlooks the canal that leads out to the river. The whole house is contempory and inviting , very relaxing atomsphere.
