Our fabulous Paris apartment is 450 square feet and accommodates up to four guests. The view of Paris from our apartment is simply stunning, from three sets of French doors which lead onto the balcony. When we saw the view from the apartment bedroom, our first thought was ‘Romance in Paris’! We were correct, because our Montrachet vacation apartment in Paris has become a favorite for guests to ‘pop the question’ on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop - or to spend honeymoons and special anniversaries there. It is located a short walk from the 6th arrondissement, in the heart of the Left Bank. There are tons of shops, cafe's and restaurants all around you.
Enter our Paris vacation apartment to a small hallway with antique dresser and marble writing table. A built-in closet provides hanging space and shelves. The separate toilet is first on your left. Next is the bathroom with bathtub, flexible shower, and sink.
The apartment entryway leads to the beautiful living room directly ahead and open kitchen on the right. The original parquet flooring and fireplace make this a warm and inviting room. It is irresistible for our vacation guests to open the French doors that lead onto the balcony--to a perfect, full-on view of La Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower; Champ de Mars Park; and, right, towards the Seine River.
We want you to sit on our vacation apartment’s balcony and watch a day in Paris unfold below: parents taking children to school; people buying their morning and evening baguettes, coming back from the market with their shopping baskets full, or joining friends for an espresso in the café on the corner. We believe that a great view is an important factor to a wonderful stay during your vacation in Paris, whether it’s for your first or fiftieth time. It is extremely difficult to find these kinds of apartments; we say they must have the ‘Wow!’ factor when you walk in the door. As a result, our selection is small, but we are uncompromising in our standards.
A pretty yellow sofa converts to a comfortable double bed at night. An old bistro table sits between the living room and kitchen area, providing a beautiful setting while you dine and admire the view from your Paris apartment.
The kitchen of our Paris vacation rental is sunny and large for an apartment of this size, where an antique provincial buffet provides excellent counter space. All of the basic kitchen requirements are included: combination microwave/convection oven, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and four-burner electric stove. Dishes are from E. Dehellerin in Paris, the shop which furnishes all good restaurants. With a full array of cookware, you can shop the local market and prepare your own gourmet meals. The new washer/dryer is to the left of the sink.
The master bedroom of our Montrachet apartment for your vacation is next with a beautiful antique bed which has been converted to queen-size. Lean back against the pillows and enjoy a full-on view of the Eiffel Tower. It is truly stunning and demands breakfast in bed every morning. This is a cozy room and guests love the original fireplace on the left-hand wall. There is a closet with shelves for storage.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6
We tried many Paris neighborhoods; for us, the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy. We step outside our Paris apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this Romantic Apt; A/C,Eiffel View!
The most fantastic view from bed! Most of our guests say they don't want to close the curtains at night so they can watch the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. Delight apartment, newly remodeled in a great location. Same view from the living room and kitchen. Favorite pastry shop is across the street from thsi charming Paris rental.
Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 6
I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!
