Our fabulous Paris apartment is located in the heart of St. Germain, measures 500 square feet and accommodates up to four guests. Step outside each morning to explore fashion boutiques, museums, landmarks and all of Paris!

Step inside a pretty courtyard of a 17th century building that has been completely renovated. Take the modern elevator to the 4th floor and enter the apartment. Walk up a short flight of stairs to the living room. This beautiful room has high ceilings and beams, from which a beautiful crystal chandelier hangs. Find a long comfortable sofa made for us in Italy, which converts to two single beds at night. We especially like it because you can stretch out and take naps on slow days. An antique armchair has been recovered in pale greens and faces the sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player straight ahead.

On the left is a green marble dining table with black iron base, brown leather chairs and cushions. The window above the dining table has views of rooftops and the famous Blvd. St. Germain below.

Just beyond the living room is the completely remodeled kitchen, with built-in taupe colored cabinets and stainless steel appliances -- every appliance required to cook a gourmet meal. Full-sized refrigerator freezer, microwave, convection oven, toaster, Nespresso maker, coffee maker and more. There’s a combination washer/dryer. In addition the apartment offers air conditioning, a rarity in Paris.

The spacious bedroom is beyond the living room to the left, offering a high quality dual king bed, the same as ordered for luxury hotels. The mattress can be unzipped to make two single beds for added flexibility. This quiet room has a skylight and blackout shades so you can sleep in peace. There is a desk on the left as you enter , elegant dresser and hanging space behind curtains.

Just beyond the living room is the bathroom, tiled in elegant beige tiles with dark brown countertop. There is a step-in shower, sink and toilet.

It is extremely difficult to find these kinds of apartments; we say they must have the ‘Wow!’ factor when you walk in the door. As a result, our selection is small, but we are uncompromising. We think you’ll be extremely comfortable here and you’ll especially love the 35 page information pack we send when you reserve so you can hit the ground running. They love our suggestions and tips to help make the most of your vacation in Paris.

Important Features and the Neighborhood:

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6

We fell in love with the Left Bank! We step outside our Paris apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take romantic walks along the Seine at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers the rue de Buci open air market. This sought-after location means it costs more to invest here, but it’s worth every penny. . That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same Parisian lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 6

I commuted to Paris for business and fell in love with the City and my future husband, Philippe! When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, Parisperfect, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

"I've been staying with Paris Perfect several times a year for five years. The apartments are lovely, the service top notch, and Madelyn runs a tight ship. I've already booked my next stay."

"Having previously sayed in Fleurie apartment it was interesting to see the difference in style of St Georges. Perfectly located on the corner of Boulevarde St Germain, it was very well set up to provide comfort and space. Everything was there and we felt we could move in and live there. We began making plans for what we would change to make it our home. Despite being so close to a main street it was extremely quiet and the Rue de Dragon had plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants so there was no real need to stay in for meals. If you had wanted to there were some local shops and the apartment facilities were perfect if you did need to eat in. In Paris it is always a bonus to be able to do some laundry (so expensive) and the washer and drier were put to good use. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment."

My apartment, the Montrachet, through ParisPerfect was fabulous! As this was my first time renting an apartment through the internet, I was a little afraid that it might not be all that it was represented to be. I couldn't have been more pleased. When Sarah opened the door and I walked in, and I saw that incomparable view of the Eiffel Tower, I knew I had made the right decision. It was so relaxing to be able to just get up in the morning and have my coffee as I planned my day. The little bakery across the street had the most wonderful almond croissants and creme brulee. For two weeks it was my little home away from home. The staff is so very helpful, and the office is a two minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend ParisPerfect to anyone who is looking for a much more personal stay in the wonderful City of Lights! I hope to return to Paris soon and will definitely contact ParisPerfect!"

"My daughter and I spent an unforgettable week in your apartment. We were celebrating our birthdays, which we share, her 18th and also her graduation from high school. It was the trip of a lifetime! We completely felt like we lived right there in the city, and were not tourists! Everything about the apartment was beautiful and we had everything that we needed, including the most fantastic view! Your staff was always so attentive, paying attention to every detail and made the entire arrival process very simple. The location was wonderful - Rue St Dominique was such a lovely street with everything that we needed, and more! Thank you so much for such an incredible trip. We will most definitely rent from Paris Perfect again whenever we return! Charlotte"

"This was the best vacation we've ever had." I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying in the Montrachet during our three weeks in Paris. It was exactly as advertized and perfect from beginning to end. We took many of the recommendations in the information booklets that were provided and we were very pleased. All the necessities of life were within a few steps of the apartement. It was such a surprize to find how close we really were to the many places that we wanted to visit. Especially the Eiffel Tower. We watched the dazzling light show many times from the apartment windows as well as from the park at Champ de Mars. The neighbourhood was very safe and we felt comfortable walking to the park and to the Tower on many nights. We hope to stay at the Montrachet again in the future. Many thanks to Sarah and Lisa for their professionalism, thoughfulness, and cheerful assistance.

The apartment, the city the ParisPerfect staff--everything far exceeded our grand expectations! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful honeymoon! We will stay nowhere else whilst in Paris! By the way, an added benefit of staying in Montrachet is that it is always easy to find your way home. Just look for the Eiffel Tower and you're home. Thanks again to all your staff.
