"Having previously sayed in Fleurie apartment it was interesting to see the difference in style of St Georges. Perfectly located on the corner of Boulevarde St Germain, it was very well set up to provide comfort and space. Everything was there and we felt we could move in and live there. We began making plans for what we would change to make it our home. Despite being so close to a main street it was extremely quiet and the Rue de Dragon had plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants so there was no real need to stay in for meals. If you had wanted to there were some local shops and the apartment facilities were perfect if you did need to eat in. In Paris it is always a bonus to be able to do some laundry (so expensive) and the washer and drier were put to good use. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment."

My apartment, the Montrachet, through ParisPerfect was fabulous! As this was my first time renting an apartment through the internet, I was a little afraid that it might not be all that it was represented to be. I couldn't have been more pleased. When Sarah opened the door and I walked in, and I saw that incomparable view of the Eiffel Tower, I knew I had made the right decision. It was so relaxing to be able to just get up in the morning and have my coffee as I planned my day. The little bakery across the street had the most wonderful almond croissants and creme brulee. For two weeks it was my little home away from home. The staff is so very helpful, and the office is a two minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend ParisPerfect to anyone who is looking for a much more personal stay in the wonderful City of Lights! I hope to return to Paris soon and will definitely contact ParisPerfect!"

"My daughter and I spent an unforgettable week in your apartment. We were celebrating our birthdays, which we share, her 18th and also her graduation from high school. It was the trip of a lifetime! We completely felt like we lived right there in the city, and were not tourists! Everything about the apartment was beautiful and we had everything that we needed, including the most fantastic view! Your staff was always so attentive, paying attention to every detail and made the entire arrival process very simple. "This was the best vacation we've ever had." I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying in the Montrachet during our three weeks in Paris. It was exactly as advertized and perfect from beginning to end. We took many of the recommendations in the information booklets that were provided and we were very pleased. All the necessities of life were within a few steps of the apartement. It was such a surprize to find how close we really were to the many places that we wanted to visit. Especially the Eiffel Tower. We watched the dazzling light show many times from the apartment windows as well as from the park at Champ de Mars. The neighbourhood was very safe and we felt comfortable walking to the park and to the Tower on many nights. We hope to stay at the Montrachet again in the future. “We stayed in Montrachet for our honeymoon. We are so very glad that we did. The apartment is perfect. The neighbors were all so nice and the neighborhood is beautiful, cozy, and convenient to everything. AND THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY...Sitting on the balcony at night, you feel as if the Eiffel Tower was put there just for you to enjoy! It is a view that has no equal! The apartment, the city the ParisPerfect staff--everything far exceeded our grand expectations! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful honeymoon! We will stay nowhere else whilst in Paris! By the way, an added benefit of staying in Montrachet is that it is always easy to find your way home. Just look for the Eiffel Tower and you're home. Thanks again to all your staff. YES !!!!! "Paris was perfect" !!!! Montrachet was wonderful, the neighborhood was fantastic, your city and it's people were absolutely the most friendly and most cordial during our entire stay. We visited as many of the suggested places on your list as time would allow. The restaurants were fantastic, Rue Cher with it's shops were a wonderful treat. We made the Brasserie directly across the street from our apartment window, our people watching place each afternoon. We would sit and talk about the sights we had seen and the people and places we had visited. Their staff was wonderful. Thank you for a spectacular vacation in your apartment, we are already talking about coming back.

“It was our first time together in Paris and it was like a 2nd honeymoon! We really enjoyed staying in the Montrachet apt and living like locals. We would have never discovered this wonderful 'quartier' had we stayed in a hotel. The view of the Eiffel Tower is mesmerizing and we got some amazing pictures. Lunch at Jules Verne was amazing (but pricey!) and the view breathtaking. The tabac/cafe place on the corner of St. Dominique and bosquet has great quick b/fast / lunch food - wish we ate there earlier! Christian Constant's restaurants Rock! Coquettes was sooo good! An our last dinner was at Gusto Italia but the food was tres bien if you want a great pizza or pasta. All in All, a wonderful vacation. We will be back b/c there is so much left to see in the City of Light.”

“I took my kids, 5 and 8 on a week long spring break trip. We had a lot of fun throwing the football around in the park by the tower and enjoyed watching the light show at night. The souvenir shop owner across the street showered our daughter with little gifts and were very sweet. Loved the food and bread everywhere.”

“2nd time in Paris & 2nd time in Montrachet! The view is perfect from this Apartment. Who could wish for more with the perfect Eiffel Tower saying goodnight to you each evening. It was neat to see the tower in Blue before January 1 & then back to beautiful white lights after January 1. We had snow twice while here; which made the pictures even more interesting. We will be back again soon.”

“I just returned from a marvelous week in the lovely Montrachet apartment. Everything was extremely comfortable, and the Paris Perfect staff provided all the extras to make my stay even better than I'd hoped for. Montrachet has a triple balcony off each main room, with the MOST unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower. I spent countless hours out there enjoying the view and the wonderful neighborhood below. The apartment is right above some of the best food shopping and the full kitchen is very tempting to create marvelous French recipes. In short, the entire experience and value was so much better than I've ever received in a hotel, that there's no comparison. I'm looking forward to staying in this apartment again in the future. It truly was Paris Perfect!”

We loved staying at Paris Perfect's Montrachet. We felt like we were living in a French neighborhood. The apartment is in first class condition, with many special touches to make us feel at home. My husband, daughter, and I spent a week in the Montrachet apartment in April and had a wonderful time there. This was so much better than staying in a hotel - no comparison. The apartment layout makes great use of the space and of course, has a fantastic view. Very elegant and comfortable. At night, my daughter left the curtains open so her last view at night and the first upon waking would be of la Tour Eiffel.In our short time there, we already had favorite places to visit in the neighborhood. So much is available in the immediate area. The information notebook in the apartment was extremely helpful and the welcome basket was thoughtful and much appreciated.We will never forget this trip and hope to return soon. We will be sure to recommend Paris Perfect to our family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks again.”

I am still adjusting to the reality of being back in Kansas City. It was everything and more I have dreamed Paris to be since I was 15 yrs old. The apt.absolutely wonderful. The three of us just loved it. If you have ever considered an apt. rental do not hesitate and look no farther. Philippe,Madelyn and staff could not be more professional along with providing heartfelt hospitality. They have thought of everything,and I do mean everything! The neighborhood is the absolute best. We walked everywhere. Bus and metro very convenient. Every conceivable shop right outside your door. Our balconies really added the best show in Paris! Eiffel Tower light show every hour on the hour (for the first 10 mins) took our breath away. We ate many fantastic meals at our dining table with the best view in Paris. I must say we did not dine out as much as we thought we would because it was so great to shop for diner in our arrondissment and bring it "home" to our dear Montrachet. We truly felt like we experienced Paris in a very intimate fashion. Oh, the combination washer/dryer was so quiet. I did not realize it was on! A very upscale and fantastic treat to have such a convenience. Also the bottle of wine was so very thoughtful. Drank the wine immediately - on the balcony of course! Do not hesitate. Start your planning immediately. You will be so pleased with your brilliant choice.”

The information about the neighborhood, shopping, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing,etc. were all on target and extremely helpful. It is hard to believe that it has been a month since our return from Paris! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and staying in the Montrachet apartment on Rue St. Dominique really made our trip truly "Perfect". The apartment is beautiful and the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular to say the least. We loved spending our late afternoons, after a day of seeing the sights, relaxing on the balcony, enjoying a bottle of wine along with cheese & pate and reveling in our view. We also enjoyed our daily croissants and baguettes purchased at the bakery across the street and shopping in the very convenient grocery store. We ate in the apartment the majority of the week...even packed our lunches. We really got addicted to the Nespresso machine in the apartment. In fact, we are now the proud owners of a machine of our own and have been enjoying all of the different varieties. I called the office and asked where I could purchase the Eiffel Tower candle holder in the apartment.....well, believe it or not, I found one here at home....in the J.C. Penney catalog no less....and it was on sale to boot! I love it...much nicer than the ones with "Paris" printed on them in the souvenir stores!!! The apartment was so well located and close to the bus routes. We got so good at riding the bus that, on the morning of our departure, we even caught the bus to the Arc De Triomphe to catch the Air France bus for the airport. It was so easy and efficient. I want to thank Madelyn for the croissant basket and Phillipe for the champagne they sent in celebration of my birthday. It was a lovely thought and certainly made our evening special. Thank you all so much for making our stay in Paris so very special. We hope to stay with you again on our next trip.”

“What a fabulous way to celebrate my 50th! My husband took me to the Jules Verne for lunch on my Birthday - the food & service was amazing - worth the 300E! Absolutely adored Stephane, the chef at 'le violin d'ingres', for our cooking class! We met Christian Constant & his wife - extremely hospitable & gracious. "Wonderful!" Our family really enjoyed our stay in the Montrachet apartment. The view was incredible of the Eiffel tower - very romantic at night, (could lay in bed and watch the light show!) I loved having a little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine each evening. The location was excellent - close to the river, transit, many sites, cafes and shops where you could walk and buy anything you needed. The Paris Perfect team was very helpful in making sure we were happy and available to us. The info they sent us prior to our trip was especially useful - helped us plan our activities ahead of time and alerted us to the best places to eat and shop. The apartment was pretty and we enjoyed the extras - Expresso machine and bottle of wine welcoming us. I really felt like I got a taste of what it's like to live as a Parisian for the week! “My husband and I stayed in the wonderfully romantic Montrachet apartment for a week this June 2009 and absolutely loved it! We plan to definitely stay there again! It was a one-bedroom and just the right size for us, the apartment and kitchen had all the amenities we could possibly need or want, it was a sunny cheerful place and every window had a view of the Eiffel Tower , with a small balcony to sit on in addition. Just what we were looking for! The location is also ideal, with everything we could want right on the same street, and many restaurants as well (which we tried and loved). When we were having difficulties with the cable TV someone came over right away when we called. There is also a taxi service on call when needed. Our experience was delightful, and while we have been back to Paris many times this was the first time we stayed in an apartment, and we don't plan to stay in a hotel ever again while there. Phil and I had a wonderful time at the Montrachet apartment in May. The only reason I did not sign a guestbook at that time was that the one in the apartment was full! We were very pleased to have chosen an apartment stay for our first visit to Paris and thrilled that it was so lovely, in such a great neighbourhood and with such a fabulous view.I enjoyed buying the fresh produce at the market on Rue Cler and preparing a lot of our own meals as I have dietary restrictions. But we still had some wonderful restaurant experiences, notably at La Fontaine de Mars and Les Ombres on your recommendations. We found the staff to be most helpful and pleasant in both cases especially our waiter at La Fontaine.It felt like we had a home to come back to each night after a busy day of sightseeing. I am already admiring the 2 bedroom apartments on your site and dreaming of our next visit, possibly with our son. We have composed this note many times over in our conversations, and are now putting our thoughts onto paper. Although several weeks have passed since our visit from 12 June 2009 through 19 June 2009, we continue to speak fondly of our stay in the elegant Montrachet apartment within the lovely neighborhood of the seventh arrondissement. We enjoyed living as Parisians do amidst the old world architectural grandeur and romantic splendor of this famed city. We hold many treasured recollections in our memories. Standing before the French doors while on the telephone sharing our arrival with our parents back home, the sudden shrouding of la Tour Eiffel in a golden aura took ourbreath away, so that we gasped in awe as we attempted to paint a picture of the scene with words. We were captivated by our view of this glorious sight twinkling each night as we fell asleep, and greeting us in such closeproximity at daybreak. We delighted in the daily ritual of shopping for fresh items for our meals from the quaint shops in our neighborhood, conversing in French (and English, as needed) with the polite shopkeepers. Each morning we savored our cafe creme and flaky croissants at the bistro table on the sublime balcony, and from the same venue each evening, sipped champagne or wine with our baguette, cheese and fruit. Time spent at the bustling sidewalk cafes and intimate bistros, provided a slice of Parisian life we will always cherish.The Paris Perfect team is outstanding. From our initial inquiry regarding booking the apartment, through our checkout, everyone on the team responded promptly to our questions and requests with professionalism, warmth andenthusiasm. Special thanks to our greeter, who made us feel at home. He even acknowledged us a couple of times while we were walking through the neighborhood, always cordial and ensuring that our apartment was comfortable, as well as providing us with practical tips for our stay in thecity. stay in 11/2008 This is such a nice spot to join together with friends and have fun in Paris. It was a great spot for us. Everything seemed to fit our style and we could not have been more comfortable. It was furnished so nicely and all the little touches made it so homey. We enjoyed our time in just being there. Our neighborhood was great. So much to see and do. So easy to take the buses, to walk to so many places. We just enjoyed it all and our fun times doing all together. We rented thsi darling apartment in Paris. We loved it! The balcony, the views were wonderful. It was beautiful. Light and airy. The kitchen was fully equipped. A welcome basket with goodies. The experience of renting from Paris Perfect was great. The greeting person helped us with everything in the apartment and with any questions we had for the area. She made certain that we could work the locks.We enjoyed being able to walk to so many places from our location. The Seine was also close by. We did some cooking and some eating out, enjoying it both ways. Transportation was easy. We learned the bus routes...or at least some of them. We tried the metro, too. The apartment was so well maintained and nicely furnished. We did enjoy our stay. We do hope to return again..thanks to all the Paris Perfect people for making our stay so great..The Thomas's..........
