This new home completed in May of 2007 is tastefully decorated and will provide your family all the necessities needed for a wonderful Fripp Experience.
The five bedroom, four bath home includes two master bedroom suites, PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES. Both masters have king beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds accomodating 4 children. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 on the main level has a queen bed. Both master baths have walk-in tiled showers. The living area and kitchen was designed to be open and spacious. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. The enormous rooftop deck provides an ocean view, and privacy for the hot tub. The home is connected to the canal with ocean access via a private 375' walkway and floating dock. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. For a quiet evening, relax on the back deck or the screened porch overlooking the view of the tidal marsh, and Skull Inlet. This home will be a place that you will want to visit again and again.
The home is located in the Ocean Creek area, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, in a peninsula on the marsh. Walk to the Davis Love playground, or the four-and-a-half-star rated, Davis Love III designed, Ocean Creek Golf Course. A 2 minute bike ride to the Cabana Club. The Cabana Club complex offers three spectacular pools including a misty cave, waterfall, bar, grill, and a incredible ocean view. Your toddlers will especially enjoy the whimsical slide in their own giant pool.
The Marina, only a short stroll away, offers beautiful sunsets overlooking the marshes. If fishing is your passion, there are several artificial fishing reefs from one and a half to nine miles offshore that offer excellent fishing.
Fripp Island, a private 3000 acre community, is located just 19 miles east of historic Beaufort South Carolina. Since 1963, the lush subtropical beauty has drawn vacationers, second homeowners, permanent residents, and even moviemakers. The Prince of Tides, Forrest Gump, and Jungle Book were all filmed on Fripp. Enjoy and explore the exceptional natural landscape that include marshes and parkland reserves. You are sure to see deer, raccoons, osprey, egrets, heron, dolphins and maybe even a alligator. Enjoy the beaches, golf courses, and the surrounding Beaufort area. Prime dates are now available.
Golf Cart provided at no extra charge (a $250 value if rented from the resort). 2 Ocean kayaks, and 3 bicycles(2 adult, 1 child) are also included. Peak summer rates include(4) amenity cards. An additional 8 amenity cards may be purchased at $50 each per week. Off season amenity cards may be purchased at $35 each per week.

We recently (early September) spent four nights in this home for some fishing/golfing. What a GREAT HOME!! I have been coming to Fripp since 1995 and have stayed at many rentals (both Ocean Front and Marsh Front) the view from the roof top deck of this home is amazing. The home was nicely appointed with everything needed. I will definately return when I need the space that this home affords. THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!!

Best yet in our three years of renting at Fripp. Best views, lots of places to gather, but easy to enjoy quiet time without having to leave the home! Well equipted with everything we could possibly need. Vacations often feel more like work, but not this time! The only thing I would have changed would be to stay longer! Thank you for sharing the experience of this wonderful home.

This home is wonderful and built to satisfy folks wanting to relax and enjoy the Fripp Island experience. The 3-sides view is awesome and the constant breeze makes for a delightful setting. The extras are too many to list however, you'll love the great beds with high quality bedding, very nice golf cart, the elevator, complete privacy, great TVs with Direct TV service.
