My Husband and I Stayed here for our Yearly Wedding Anniversary trip to Florida, our first time to New Smyrna Beach and it was wonderful. Descriptions of the unit were accurate. Owner was very prompt and pleasant. We loved the dining choices, Flagler Ave was a fun place to visit, lots to do there. Best of all was the view from the balcony, very relaxing and beautiful. We will definetely be coming back. Thanks Mr. Larson for sharing. The Highfields from Ohio
