You could not ask for a more amazing location on Copacabana Beach! Everything was close. The beach really is right across the street. Good restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. Marcus was wonderful to work with. He met us when we arrived and was there to see us off when we left. The apartment was large enough to be comfortable for our entire family. If ever I visit Rio again I will be in contact with Marcus to try to stay again!

Linda vista.

O ap. tem uma linda vista para o mar. É espaçoso, limpo, água quente nos chuveiros. Igualzinho ás fotos apresentadas. O Sr. Marcus André é correto, honesto, atencioso e simpático. Para que o ap. melhore mais, sugiro investir num jogo de sofás mais confortáveis, trocar os elétricos domésticos como sanduicheira e torradeira. E não se esquecer de um fogão mais moderno. Além de novas panelas. Nada disso, porém, ofusca o maravilhoso apartamento na Av. Atlântica.

Espetacular !!!!!

A vista do apartamento é indescritível, muito bem situado bem próximo do Tradicional Hotel Copacabana palace onde tudo acontece em Copacabana....Ficamos maravilhados com tudo, tudo novo e funcionando perfeitamente no imóvel.....O proprietário Marcus André é uma simpatia sendo sempre atencioso, correto e prestativo nas nossas necessidades ....Além de um passeio de barco oferecido por ele para as ilhas oceânicas, praias de Copacabana e Ipanema ......Adoramos tudo !!!!!

MARAVILHOSO, IGUALZINHO AS FOTOS DO SITE.

Primeiramente gostaria de dizer que fiquei também inseguro em alugar um apartamento aqui pelo site, assim como você que está lendo essa minha avaliação também está, pois as dúvidas eram, será que se eu fizer o depósito de reserva e for um golpe e perder o dinheiro? Será que o imóvel é igual o que está nas fotos? Será que a localização é boa mesmo? Enfim, foram muitas dúvidas e foi a primeira vez que fomos ao Rio de Janeiro. Ficamos hospedados em duas famílias com os nossos filhos e o que podemos dizer para te ajudar a definir sua escolha é o seguinte. O Marcus proprietário é extremamente profissional, honesto,atencioso e prestativo, desde o primeiro contato até a nossa saída, fomos muito bem acolhidos e o imóvel é igualzinho as fotos do site e a descrição, na melhor localização de copacabana, perto de tudo e com uma vista maravilhosa.
