Why the Owner Chose Chandler: Chandler is a beautiful part of the east valley of the Phoenix area. The stores, streets, parks and homes are all newer than in most areas of the valley and since it is newer, it is also well planned. Our home is closer in to town than most of the newer construction which adds to the convenience of the location. We are less than 2 miles from the Santan Freeway which connects you to all parts of the valley, easily.
The Unique Benefits at this House: The things that stand out about our home is the 9 foot ceilings, lovely Tuscan furnishings, comfortable new beds, new paint and carpet and the beautifully landscaped retreat and patio in the back yard. Also an elevated herb and vegetable garden is thriving in the back yard.
