Our beautiful family villa offers luxurious comfort and tranquility among the woodlands, waterways and golf courses of Rotonda West. Close to both Englewood and Port Charlotte on Florida's beautiful West Coast, the villa is ideally situated for relaxing on the Gulf beaches, exploring reserves and bird sanctuaries or visiting the beautiful Gulf islands. The villa overlooks woodland, incorporates every luxury and is beautifully furnished to the highest standard. It is only 5 minutes walk from Rotonda community park, with its tennis courts, play area and barbecue facilities.
Our friendly and reliable management company visit before you arrive and once you have left and treat the pool during your visit. They are on-hand if you have any concerns and can arrange extra cleaning services during your stay for an additional charge.
The villa is located within 10 minutes drive of the ocean and the miles of magnificent unspoilt beaches and inland waterways. Nature reserves, over 20 golf courses, tennis and fishing are all nearby. The area has an extensive selection of restaurants serving every type of food (seafood is a local speciality) and a wide range of shops. The town of Port Charlotte has a great shopping mall which includes Sears and Burdines department stores as well as an extensive range of Boutiques. Unique Fisherman's Village is built over the Peace River, Punta Gorda.

Why the Owner Chose Rotonda West
We all adore our vacations in Florida - sun, sea and wildlife are our passion. We first visited more than 10 years ago - destination Orlando! But we soon realised there was much more and decided to have a house built somewhere in the beautiful area of Port Charlotte or Englewood. Rotonda seemed the natural choice as it is so close to both. The peace and quiet, the wildlife, the beaches, the sun - and importantly the wonderfully welcoming people.We are lucky that the villa is really private, with no other villas to the sides or rear of the pool area. Behind the villa is protected woodland, full of birds and other local inhabitants. Inside, the villa is spacious and bright with everything we need - home from home. We are delighted to share it with guests so that they too can appreciate everything the area has to offer.

We are Christine and Andy Webber, proud owners of Crescent villa, Rotonda West - a wonderful place to spend vacations. A little information about us. We have been married for nearly 25 years. We have a son Robert who is at university studying management and sports development. He's a keen rugby player and all round fitness and health fanatic. Our daughter Leanne helps us with the family construction business, but spends most of her time exercising her two horses. She hopes to one day become an event rider. We like nothing more than watching Robert play rugby; or driving Leanne and Olli, her ex-racehorse, to showjumping and British Events.

Thanks again for a wonderful villa! We had a great time with 'unseasonably' warm weather. Lucky! We again visited our favorite beaches (Stump Pass, Manasota Key & Port Charlotte). Suggestion might be (for villa)- Garbage disposal in sink. Other than this minor thing...it was awesome! See you next Christmas!!!

Wonderful villa. Beautifully furnished. We had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone. Small recommendation - with all the fresh fruit available, a food blender would be useful to prepare fresh purees. Thanks for the memories.

A fantastic villa! Love the privacy out back. Very clean rooms and comfortable couches. We made great use of the pool/hot tub when not at the variety of beaches in the area. Our 1 year old daughter loved hearing the birds in the morning and splashing around in the pools. This is a very comforatable place to come home to after a long day at the ocean (which we did a lot of).

We had a wonderful week of vacation in this restful home. The private setting was calming and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool a great deal with all of the family! The home was well equipped, thank you! The location was great and we enjoyed 4 beaches on 4 different days. Appreciated the bikes and going for walks. Feel very blessed to have been here!

Wonderful time. Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed numerous beaches, & sightseeing. Enjoyed pool/spa most of all. Weather hot & humid around 90+ each day with dew points in mid 70's. At home (Ohio) was low 50's & rain most of this time. While here saw wild pig - quite large, gopher tortoises (several - one in back yard) spring tail iguanas & numerous reptiles, numerous bird species, armadillos, dolphins, raccoons, & couple of other animals - still not sure what they were - but thinking bobcats, starfishm octupus & believe a stone fish. House is awesome - would definitely consider staying again if a return to area in future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at your villa, and were pleased with your warm hospitality. We were lucky enough to see the 3 wild pigs many times, if you hear noise in the woods in the morning its just them beeing spooked, also we were very lucky to see the male and female bobcat many times. The eagle flew over the house twice. Our very favorite thing was watching the eclipse from the hot tub and a shooting star. We hated to leave but all good things must come to an end.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home - can't think of anything it was missing. We didn't even try the garage door! We would recommend visiting Boca Grande, seeing the sunset from any beach - and obviously some serious relaxing around the pool. Our Grande Tours sunset tour wasn't so 'grande'...

We enjoyed six wonderful weeks at your lovely villa. The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The bobcat never made an appearance. We agree with the previous guests about the garage door and the need for another TV. Looking forward to a return visit next year! PS Note from owners - the garage door is now automatic and there are TVs in the family room and two bedrooms
