The villa is beautiful and I feel completely relaxed after over a week in the 'real Florida'. Thankyou for sharing such a wonderful place - I particularly loved seeing the wildlife up close - turtles, tortoises, armadillos, racoons, and a baby alligator. I hope that this will be the first of more visits.

We recently spent a perfect week at this villa, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet position. We would would definitely recommend the villa and Rotonda for a holiday

Great for a vacation away from the city and the noise! Nice and clean interior and padio area with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Excellent internet access. We had a great time!

Thanks again for a wonderful villa! We had a great time with 'unseasonably' warm weather. Lucky! We again visited our favorite beaches (Stump Pass, Manasota Key & Port Charlotte). Suggestion might be (for villa)- Garbage disposal in sink. Other than this minor thing...it was awesome! See you next Christmas!!!

Wonderful villa. Beautifully furnished. We had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone. Small recommendation - with all the fresh fruit available, a food blender would be useful to prepare fresh purees. Thanks for the memories.

We had a wonderful week of vacation in this restful home. The private setting was calming and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool a great deal with all of the family! The home was well equipped, thank you! The location was great and we enjoyed 4 beaches on 4 different days. Appreciated the bikes and going for walks. Feel very blessed to have been here!

A fantastic villa! Love the privacy out back. Very clean rooms and comfortable couches. We made great use of the pool/hot tub when not at the variety of beaches in the area. Our 1 year old daughter loved hearing the birds in the morning and splashing around in the pools. This is a very comforatable place to come home to after a long day at the ocean (which we did a lot of).

Wonderful time. Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed numerous beaches, & sightseeing. Enjoyed pool/spa most of all. Weather hot & humid around 90+ each day with dew points in mid 70's. At home (Ohio) was low 50's & rain most of this time. While here saw wild pig - quite large, gopher tortoises (several - one in back yard) spring tail iguanas & numerous reptiles, numerous bird species, armadillos, dolphins, raccoons, & couple of other animals - still not sure what they were - but thinking bobcats, starfishm octupus & believe a stone fish. House is awesome - would definitely consider staying again if a return to area in future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at your villa, and were pleased with your warm hospitality. We were lucky enough to see the 3 wild pigs many times, if you hear noise in the woods in the morning its just them beeing spooked, also we were very lucky to see the male and female bobcat many times. The eagle flew over the house twice. Our very favorite thing was watching the eclipse from the hot tub and a shooting star. We hated to leave but all good things must come to an end.

Excellent villa! We had a great week. The new internet connection is a big bonus! We really don't want to go home!! We have seen otters, wild pigs, racoons, and a bob cat. Would recommend Captain Russ's boat yard on the Boca Grande. We had great fun watching the dolphins and were so close! Top tip - ring ahead to the restaurants and let them know you are on your way, lessnes wait time. Also, if you like to cycle, this is a fantastic place to do it - no hills like in the UK! Wonderful villa! We really felt at home here. It was very clean upon arrival and the Christmas tree was even put up for us. The pool is beautiful and was working great the entire stay. The lot the villa is on is private with beautiful scenery arount the back of the pool. The 6 of us were very comfortable here with plenty of space. We will be back. Thank you.

Excellent villa, we had a great time. Would recommend Captain Doug's Airboat ride (book first!) in Everglades City. Be sure to check out the info folders located in TV cabinet for loads of great ideas. 5/5

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home - can't think of anything it was missing. We didn't even try the garage door! We would recommend visiting Boca Grande, seeing the sunset from any beach - and obviously some serious relaxing around the pool. Our Grande Tours sunset tour wasn't so 'grande'...

We enjoyed six wonderful weeks at your lovely villa. The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The bobcat never made an appearance. We agree with the previous guests about the garage door and the need for another TV. Looking forward to a return visit next year! PS Note from owners - the garage door is now automatic and there are TVs in the family room and two bedrooms
