Welcome to "Villa Bonita", our beautiful new vacation home (completed July 2005), located in the peaceful community of Rotonda, on Florida's magnificent Gulf Coast. The large,heated pool is south-facing, and the house has a lovely view of lush tropical landscaping, and the rolling fairways of the Long Marsh Golf Course beyond.
Our custom designed villa is furnished to the highest standards for your comfort and pleasure. Special features are numerous, including a private Guest Suite, convenient pool bathroom, High-speed internet access and new desk-top computer, surround sound, High-definition TV, oversized pool with electric heat, and Jacuzzi tub in the master ensuite bathroom.
From the entrance foyer, you enter into the spacious Great Room, with cathedral ceiling and built-in entertainment centre. A separate Den/Sitting Room is furnished with a desk & computer area, and sitting area. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and an Ensuite bathroom with twin vanities, a 6 ft. Jacuzzi jetted tub, and tiled Roman shower.
The Private Guest Suite comprises of a foyer, French-door walkout to the pool, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with picture-window view to the pool, 20" TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub.
The bright, spacious dining area is adjacent to the open kitchen. When the sliding patio doors from the Great Room, Master Bedroom, and Dining area are fully opened, the inside and outside of the house flow together seamlessly, as you enjoy the incomparable splendour of the Florida life-style at its best!
Our oversized pool is electrically heated, allowing our guests to swim comfortably all year. The pool area is perfect for outdoor dining, including a large shaded area(lanai) with table and chairs seating 8. The entire pool and deck is screened for a 'bug-free' environment, and with soft lighting & stereo speakers, and a gentle breeze whispering through the palms, you can enjoy that romantic midnight swim.
Rotonda is a highly sought-after residential community, encompassing five (18) hole golf course, nature trails, a wildlife reserve, canals and lakes, and bicycle paths.
Whether you are a golfer, beach lover, boater, nature lover, like long walks or bike rides, or are just looking for a relaxing holiday, our vacation home in Rotonda has it all, and we welcome you to experience our corner of Paradise for yourselves!
The beautiful white sand Gulf Coast beaches are a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within easy reach. A golfer's heaven, there are five 18 hole golf courses within a five minute drive, and many others within a 20 minute drive.
An ideal base for day trips to Sarasota, Naples, and Fort Myers, and conveniently located to explore many of Florida's attractions: Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, the Everglades, Kennedy Space Center, Sarasota and many more.
