Why the Owner Chose Crystal Village 2
We loved the close proximity to the beach and the fact that there is public beach parking, a restaurant on the water, public restrooms and beach concessions. Crystal Village is a short drive from many restaurants, amenities, and shopping; but when you are there it is also a quiet, relaxing residential feel where you can relax and unwind. We looked at many condos before we bought, but we always came back to Crystal Village.

We are contractors and home builders in the Nashville, TN area. My wife started our business back in the late 1990's as I finished up a career with a Fortune 100 company. Upon my retirement in 2006, I joined her in the family business full time. We have three children and several grandchildren and we generally visit Miramar Beach two to three times each year.
