The 27-unit complex in five buildings on 13 acres sits on a quiet dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve, on Sanibel’s Gulf of Mexico shore.
Recently remodelled with new kitchen, granite countertops, crown molding, 6-panel doors, fresh paint, etc, sleeps 6 people, with two large bedrooms featuring king and twin beds, and a spacious living room with sleep sofa. Amenities include air conditioning, two phones, three TVs with cable, stereo, linens and towels, washer/dryer, and wall-mounted hair dryers.
A complete kitchen features a full oven, stove, microwave oven, cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and outside grills. A private screened balcony overlooks the heated pool, a beautiful beach, and Gulf shore of Sanibel Island.

Every type of boating and water sport is available; there is excellent fishing and Sanibel is world famous for shelling. The wonderful J.N.'Ding'Darling Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary features unique birds, alligators and other wildlife. Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Beach
Sanibel is a family-friendly place to vacation. We enjoy visiting there several times per year with our three children. In addition to the beach, shelling, bike paths, tennis and golf, we often will rent kayaks in the Ding Darling Nature reserve, or rent a boat and cruise the intercostal waterway.

Sanibel is a great place to visit year-round. We have spent Halloween and trick-or-treated with the children and have spent several Thanksgivings, enjoying dinner in the condo in full view of the ocean!
