Rent is $1505/wk 12/13/07-4/18/08, 6/14-8/31/08, Thanksgiving, 12/13/08-4/17/09
The only other costs are 11.25% Hawaii tax and a $145 cleaning fee.
Minimum rental is 7 nights (14 at Christmas) unless there is a "fill-in" vacancy.
Full rent, tax, & cleaning fee are due 60 days (90 at Xmas) prior to arrival.
$500 refundable security deposit is required within 10 days of reservation.
